I had an awesome appt. yesterday with Jerry. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional...it was easy to ask questions. He was so pleasant and helped me to understand everything I needed to know about the equipment to take home. When I used the cpap last night I was confident in putting it together, and remembering everything Jerry taught me. It was a great 1st night using cpap, it was so easy and I'm so excited about continuing to use it. (Normally I only sleep 5-6 hrs and wake up in between) but last night I slept 9 hrs without waking up for the 1st time in years.
Thank you Jerry for your clear instructions and for making it a pleasant appointment.

I saw shiela at the st. Dominic clinic in Manteca for my cpap machine. Since it is my first time to be on a cpap she was so patient to teach and show me how to use it. She allowed me to ask questions and wasn't in a hurry during the visit.
