I have been a customer of this gas station through MANY owners. Since the 1980s since I've lived down the street since 1976. Most recently I was introduced to the new owner by the last owner. The new owner was very nice guy. And was really looking forward to continuing to bring my business for Gasoline and My Dad's Lotto tickets. I spent a lot of money here weekly ... Until some new young clerk (not the owner )with wavy hair was absolutely rude to me on a few occasions. Matter of fact I guess he's charging people $1 Everytime they purchase something with their debit card. Not credit card which I understand incurs fees . But $1 per DEBIT Card transactions.?? I've stopped in again to ask the clerk when the new owner works it will be there next he said that he doesn't know, and that he could relay the message. No thanks I'll leave my message here. To the new owner I'm saddened to discontinue my business with my local gas station. But I will not return to a place where we are being price gouged every time we make purchases. And to have such rude clerk who dismisses your longtime customers is horrible. I've been taking my business elsewhere and since I can't seem to catch the new owner to find out if this is all true. I say farewell. And looking forward to the next owner hiring better employees.

Needed change for the car wash, I got a Mountain Dew. A really small store packed with sodas and snacks. Nice guy as the cashier.

I Just went and got gas here right now and after filling up I needed to go cash a lottery ticket inside. The attendant was very rude. He was watering down a mop outside and he saw me standing in the doorway of the inside store waiting for assistance, he tells me c you see I'm right here doing this" as he is too busy to help me. I was like "ok i will cash this somewhere else" and he says "yeah, thanks." HORRIBLE customer service. That's too bad, cuz i was going to this gas station for a long time.

I typically come here because it is the closest gas station to my girlfriends' house. It is easily accessible; my car is lowered so having a driveway with a gentle incline is a major plus. During my first visit, one of the workers was power washing the pavement and kindly moved the hoses out of the way. Therefore I didn't have to drive over it to park and fill up my tank. I have noticed that their prices are a tad bit higher than the Valero and arco that are nearby but I'd rather come to this station because of its close proximity. Overall, this is just your basic gas station. I've never had any issue here.

This place is horrible, They NEVER have CHANGE. They buy items and sell that are smaller than ANY store in this area (example: chips, drinks) and then have the audacity to charge normal prices or higher than other stores around. funny people. oh and for odd reason 1 gas pump is cheaper than the rest of the pumps? it is the one in front of the door of the building. so i guess everyone else gets ripped off.

No respect for the neighborhood patrons. I live one block away and have since 1963, and I periodically buy gas here. (In California it is illegal to charge for air and water at a gas station) This past Saturday morning Dec. 26th I had a very low tire, I slowly rolled my vehicle over to U S Gas to get some air, so I could drive it to get fixed. I only had 3 one hundred dollar bills on me and a full tank of gas. So hears where it gets bad, I parked my vehicle in front of the air and water area, walked into the cashiers booth and asked nicely for the air to be turned on. The attendant said put in 4 quarters, I said ok, then can you give me change ? The attendant said he couldn't break a hundred, now I get it it was 8:00 am. well I said can you turn on the air I do buy gas here. The attendant owner or whatever then said he doesn't own it, and that he is not allowed to turn on the air. That gets me to this, our community in this neighborhood has supported this company over the years not by just patronizing this establishment, but by re-paving the roads, keeping the street clean etc., etc., etc. Please do not patronize this business, they show no respect for it's customer's or community. Maybe when the taxpayers pay for the re-paving of the streets and all other public services that this business benefits from, maybe the City of San Leandro will just say we don't own the street-pavers since San Leandro contracts work that out. JUST SAYING..................SHAME ON THEM.

Decent prices, semi-convenient location and weird owners but I still fill my tank when needed gas before work. There is one, yes one, "full-service" pump, that is you pull up to it a dude pops out of the building to fill your tank, wash your windows, etc....not worth the inflated gas prices. My boyfriend paid $10 for 2 gallons of gas....um no...I would have went to a different pump. Not worth coming here.

U.S. sells gas but they are a dime higher so haven't fuel up here yet. they have a convenience store of sorts, cramped into a single aisle. pour: "javaguys: medium roast (1.50) -watery, bland, not much flavor, a little harsh 2 stars coffee drips: -cheerful service.
