Don't ship packages to this UPS store for pickup!
They charge pickup fees at their own discretionary when you pick up packages at this UPS store. It was not written anywhere and you wouldn't know before shipping. Even the additional handling fee paid for shipping was excluded at their will. Use UPS access point instead of franchise stores, which has UPS in its name but not part of the UPS facilities (very confusing).

Chanyah is always so efficient, polite, and fast. She ability to multitask with multiple customers is also very impressive. I always know I’m in good hands when she’s on duty!

Terrible Customer Service. To be more direct , the slim indian guy with glasses.
I wanted to drop off some boxes (pre labeled) , I’ve always printed my own labels and it has never been a problem. He couldn’t scan the barcode and first said “the barcode is cut off” , it wasn’t. He could not tell me what the issue was and reason why he could not scan it. I understand stuff happens so I was the person who asked about re printing my labels. I did not mind an expected charge but his attitude when I asked was like punching him on the gut. Then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 5 bucks per label. This guy is a joke. I took my boxes to a different store where they did not have a problem scanning my labels.
I’ve used this UPS store for years. The previous owners always took care of their customers, even if sometimes you would hear the couple arguing. lol.
I feel bad for the women that work here now , they are friendly and very helpful , but people like the guy I mentioned ruins it for them.
It’s an inconvenience for me to go to a different store , but I’d much rather do that then deal with that man again.

This UPS Store always has 3 or 4 friendly staff people to help customers. They are efficient. The store also has a shredding service and sells packing supplies (boxes, envelopes, tape, etc.). It is convenient!

Tried to charge me 5 dollars on printing a shipping label. I'm already using their shipping service. 0/10 would not recommend UPS

I'm so glad to hear there's new ownership! The location is incredibly convenient for me, but I had avoided this place for a long time due to an unfortunate experience with the previous owner, who was unbelievably rude. I'm looking forward to giving it another chance now.

Not only were the employees very respectful but they’re very patient and understanding if you don’t understand something or have to run to your call quickly. They made the process very enjoyable when it’s usually boring and stressful.

Service is terrible. Had a package dropped off at this location at the request of anonymous. Whatever that means. It was originally addressed to my work address. Then, I was charged to pick up my package that never should have gone to this location in the first place.

Service here is always fast even though the location is always busy Chanya I hope I didn't misspell her name. It's very professional. Very sweet and patient and kind and I can tell she works well under pressure because the whole time her manager was fussing at her from the minute I walked in the store to the end. I think this manager needs a lesson in how to treat her staff. The main one being praise and public and correct in private
