It is Sunday at 3:05 pm. The website and sign on the door states open until 4pm. They are closed!!! Very poor business practice.

I dropped off a box for shipment and had to re-label and ship two boxes that I messed up on the shipping address. The gentlemen who helped me today was very kind and offered to re-package my items. He went over and beyond. I'll be back soon.

Every time I come to the bayfair UPS store, i'm always greeted with a consistent smile from a young man named Dharma. I'm a little challenged right now and he makes everything so easy and does everything for me. The other ladies are amazing, too! Thank you for always being consistent with your smiles and amazing service! It really counts!!

I went to the UPS store on 12/04/2025 at 4:30 PM. I had sent an email in advance clearly requesting two copies of each document. They completely ignored my message and printed only one of each. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member chose to make photocopies instead, just because it would be faster for her.
As expected, the quality was awful — the text was so bad it was barely readable. I explained that I needed good quality copies, but after that, I was treated with complete disregard. They wouldn’t even look me in the eye, didn’t offer a receipt, and still charged me for everything, including the unreadable copies.
I voiced my concerns politely — it wasn’t about the money, but the lack of professionalism and customer care. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

Let me tell you, this place was packed, there were 2 registers open, one gentleman by the name of Dharma Dhital was so amazing, he was busy, but he'd acknowledge people coming in or needing help. I work at customer service and let me tell you this guy here deserves a raise and a 100 star review. Great great asset

Called yesterday for notary said she is in. Came and waited an hour no show. Called this morning she’ll be in at 1pm. I been here waiting for almost two hours now. Just lie for no reason.

I have always gone to this UPS store
Customer service isn't that great. Not very friendly.. I was there today waiting in line to do my ups return
As I am waiting for to do my return. Some guy comes into the store.. Starts speaking different languages. And the guy counter takes his return as I was in the store waiting in line. I wasn't expecting him to do his return as I and others were waiting to do one. This was totally wrong. It's not acceptable to me. I would rather drive a little further to another USP store! And get better customer service.. Just because someone impatient don't give them the right to be in title. The young guy should have more respect for others
I will just do my return at another UPS from now on.

I recently went here to get my LiveScan service done and I was very happy with my experience.
The employee, Maci, was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly.
Overall, I would highly recommend this location, especially getting your fingerprinting services here. Shout-out to Maci!

Live scans are $45 here yet cheaper at other locations. No forewarning about the increased price before they start processing, and their site doesn’t list the cost either. Quite disappointing.

It says it’s closed at 5 pm but when I got there 5 mins before the closing time. It was already closed. She’s already logged out of the computer. Not very professional
