Horrible customer service. It’s obvious they hate being there and won’t even look up to you to talk. How is this store still in business and who is their manager? Also they close a few minutes before closing, how is that ok? I hope upper management sees this, a huge shift needs to be made.

Quick, nice folks, the line moves. All you need in a postal store. I use mostly for Amazon returns, so I cannot speak to prices.

Arrived 5 mins before closing and the door was locked. Just needed to make a drop off. There was at least one other customer trying to enter the building as well. Pretty frustrating.

The lady with redish long hair & glasses was so nice & very helpful. Charging to help a customer with copies pretty absurd, put whatever company rules not her fault. But she was very helpful & super nice.

I like to this ups to return amazon items because the staff are friendly and close to my home and most of my time i dont need to repack the items. Today i try to return Windshield Sunshade, the staff told me i need to repack because of the qr code show customer pack. But i find out all the qr code show customer pack i return 2 thing together she just accept 1 but not the Windshield Sunshade. However i didnt argue i just repack, drop off and leave. But i am so disappointed. If she think the item is too big or over size and store doesnt had that box then i understand but please dont just say customer pack. All the code has this word.

This store was one of my first jobs decades ago. Glad to see it's still striving. Never had any issues when I recently dropped off packages for returns on multiple occasions. Ladies have always been pleasant and helpful. Ample parking in the area.

Everytime I go here they have an issue where they cannot operate there business. From there internet being down indefinitely to their system down so they cannot take Amazon returns. Some of there staff have nasty attitudes. They are very close to me, but I guesz I have better odds to go somewhere else.

I am so upset I took a pair of shoes to this store Android they have to package it I had to pay for the packaging and the young man put my items in the package and put the label on but he was a little bit hesitant about it and you know I started to take a picture but I just tried to give him some trust this happened on April the 4th and my package has yet to be received by the company I was returning it to I'm very upset I cannot find my tracking paper but this is messed up that you can't trust anyone you have to do everything with no trust you have to take pictures you got to make sure you got all your eyes and your teeth because everybody wants to steal this is so sad I'm very sad because I'm tired of this if it's not my neighbors it's the people where you supposed to trust.
