Worst freight company. Every single order my vendor sends me using this company there is always an issue thus far have used them about 8 times this year. Always delays, have had products damaged and no improvement. Every time it affects my business operation, I will be requesting my vendor use a different freight company from now on. Would give a 0 star review if I could.

They called me the day before to confirm delivery times, only to not show up. They didn't inform me that they would be unable to deliver the items. The website tracking said they would deliver the following business day(Thursday), but when I called to ask what time they would be delivering the pallets, they told me they had to set up a new delivery time the following day (Friday). The lady on the phone was very rude and when I expressed my frustration with the delay (because I had an entire electrical crew here waiting on the delivery to be able to work, a crew I was going to have to pay regardless of the delivery) she told me she would transfer me to operations, only to send me to a disconnected line that hung up on me. I had to call back again and work with the main call center because the lady at the San Leandro location refused to answer the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. What a joke of a carrier.

Incompetence is strong with these! 2 tonnes package lost. Won't ever use them again and will have to seek my money back through the courts system.

I never experienced such a rude driver. The guy is probably very unsatisfied with his life, which is not my problem. I never post reviews, but I had to this time cause I’m extremely disappointed and angry. We had a playground that needed to be delivered for my 5 year old daughter’s birthday, and the guy came and just wanted to leave it on the bottom of the hill, even though we have the gate open and a fully paved turnaround, he still refused to drive up and leave it by the front door. After 5 min of arguing with him, he just sat in his truck and drove away while my daughter is crying now… If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!

We shedule pick up they’re supposed to pick up . I spend money to crate my equipment take them out of building . I called them in morning. Confirm the address again. I call them and ask how long it will take to pick up my equipment. Then they told me you are second stop and I wait more than an hour after that And I called them and they told me their driver could not find the address which is ridiculous. the address is on El Camino and it’s standalone building. anyone can find it easily and my equipment is just sitting outside in parking lot. Those are very expensive if something goes wrong this company is responsible. My no on loading bill they don’t even call to ask . They just simply don’t care about people time or request. Close your company if your driver can’t find easy locations.

Worst service. Website enroll and verifications so messed up. Waste of time on website for 30 minutes. Made a call to competitor and in 9 minutes everything was done( i was keeping track of time). Goggle should also allow negative stars for staying away from the business.

Our supplier used this for expedited shipping and pid extra for it but we are getting our shipment after 5 days instead of Just overnight and they don’t wanna give the refund for the extra payment that our supplier paid for expedited shipping .The customer service is super bad too.My Supplier told us they’re gonna ditch this shipping company from now on .Avoid this company …

Wish I could give this place negative stars. I don't understand how they are still in business. Their staff is completely incompetent. Dispatch doesn't answer the phone. Their dock crew frequently loses shipments. It has taken me 60 days to receive my product from them after multiple issues. As a business, how you could ever chose to do transactions with such a company is insane.

Sometimes will call pick up goes smoothly other times I get an angry ass hole fork lift driver to load freight and also damaged and lost freight too. Dispatch is very difficult to contact in person and they have silly Will-call hours. No easy pleasy. Update: I switched to FedEx on Hopkins in Hayward....faster delivery and no damaged or lost freight so far...plus no ass hole forklift drivers as of yet and normal will-call hours. Update 2: I switched to XPO Freight because FedEx Freight increased their prices to almost double of what it was!!!!

Worst shipping company so far. This is a second shipment I have coming from OH to CA. The most recent is almost 9,000lbs. There are instructions to schedule the delivery as the site they are going to is appointment only as there isn't someone there daily. They load the pallets on the truck and "attempt" delivery without an appointment. With this much weight, you'd think they would verify with the recipient prior to attempting a delivery. Their main hub is of no help when calling. They just state they will relay the info to the local hub and I should get a call within 24 hours. 24 hours pass and another delivery attempt made. Nobody answers the phone at the local hub so it's a lose lose here. Im a couple hours away from the local hub and the delivery site so I can't just go sit around and hope they attempt a delivery again or spend the time driving to the hub to schedule a delivery, just to have to do it again another day when it is scheduled.

I have been in business for over 30 years receiving small and large shipments throughout the years. This company is the worse company I have dealt with for delivering shipments. They take much longer than all their competitors. They have terrible customer service when you inquire about the delivery of large shipments. I have asked them several times to let us know when they will deliver our shipment to bring extra help to move it. We are talking about 50-100 boxes. They tell you a date and give you a time window but don't deliver. Meanwhile, we have brought extra help to process the shipment .Their truck dose not show up and their staff doesn't care if you call them to let them know you had to pay for the extra help based on the delivery date they gave and didn't deliver.
