This branch always offers bad service. They don't speak or acknowledge you while you're waiting for banking service. The new branch manager will peak to see who's waiting for service and then hide behind the computer without acknowledging your presence. Jennifer is always rude in a discriminatory kind of way. The only good thing about this location was the old branch manager Paulette and unfortunately she is no longer at this location. Paulette made sure all customers were treated in a professional manner and that is the only reason I kept an account at US Bank. I am now seriously considering closing my account.

Googled if they do cashiers check, only if you have an account even though that's not what it says online.

Paulette really took care of me last minute. I had a last minute wite transfer and she dropped everything to help me. If you are polite to people, they take care of you! Thanks, US Bank!

Received a call from someone claiming to be Paulette from US Bank asking if we were interested in lowering our mortgage interest rate. They caught us at a bad time so we went ahead and made an appt to come in on a Saturday. We were told to call when we got there and someone would come out to get us. After thinking about it, seemed odd a bank would call u directly to get u to lower your interest rate with them. The morning of our appt I called the SL branch to see if we could do it over the phone which is what I did the last time I lowered mortgage rates and no one answered. I even called the 800 customer service number to see if they could get ahold of someone at the branch and they couldn't get through either, just phone ringing for 30min. I left a VM but never heard from anyone that day. Finally received a phone message a week later saying we missed our appt. No, they never answered the phone so they missed the appt, not us. I tried calling the branch again to speak to this Paulette to let her know we will not be dealing with this branch again and was told Paulette was not avail she was at lunch...this was at 3:38pm, seriously? Idk, after reviewing all of the past yelps makes me think we were being played just to get us to come down to the parking lot and be robbed. I've tried calling this branch on a diff Sat and same thing, no one answers. Be aware and play it safe. If it doesn't feel right, then more than likely it's not.

I went inside the bank because I needed very specific bills with my withdrawal and as I walked in a lady sitting at a desk asked me what I needed. I said it was there for a withdrawal, there were no other customers in line. There was one customer sitting at the desk with her. She walks up to me with a withdrawal slip and proceeds to ask me if I know how to use an ATM. Of course I know how to use an ATM, she made it clear that she didn't want to help me so I left to go use the ATM. The customer service has never been the best here but this was beyond rude.

Bad bad bad they have some rude tellers i went to deposit a check to someones account and i told the lady if she could give a second i was getting the account number and she said i had to wait on the side and she started to help other people.

I received a message from the bank to contact customer service regarding an issue I had the the ATM and the bank staff. Ya know, customer service should go ask the staff at the branch. I'm not wasting my time to correct the bank's problems. They know when the ATM was out of service.

Wow! US Bank just a great thing - resolving a large issue in my favor although they didn't have to. I'm really impressed. Service above and beyond! Thank you! Happy, happy.
