Went in to get a passport without an appointment, line is long since walk in's are 12:00-1:00 but they got to me in less than an hour and I had 4 people ahead of me. Ms Yu was kind and was able to answer my questions. She made the process straight forward so I don't understand the recent review saying she was flagging people down without asking for their name and appointment when you have to sign in with a list. Would recommend getting your passport here, just be early if you're walk in.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this young lady deserves it. she is always on the back post office dock and every time I drop off packages she brings out an empty container so I can drop them off noproblem. She always friendly and helpful. if I remember correctly I believe her name is Anna

The slip left on my door by USPS says this location is open Saturdays 8 AM - 11 AM.
Go to the post office, 8 AM, no one’s there. It says 9 - 11 AM, ring the doorbell, posted on the door. Other reviewers have had no luck with that, however. So I don’t know if I’m going to come back at 9.
It’s just really crummy and mean to jerk people around like that. It’s probably out of the question to have USPS actually make new slips that say the right time. But can you guys at least write on your slips that the hours are wrong? Or cross off that section? It’s just… so crummy

If I could I give no stars. The counter clerks and manager of this office are super rude, no consideration for the customers time and needs. I was there at 8am to get my passport. After over 1:30hr wait, the rude manager comes out saying they will no take any walk-ins. “ she is short on staff, no apologies given to the over 15 people waiting, just like that , she walked away. They should replace her immediately

It says you’re open for package pick up on saturdays 9-11am. Been here ringing the bell for almost an hour and nobody shows up. Such a waste.

I did both of my sister's and my first passport applications here. We didn't have an appointment so we walked in. At around 11:45, a person will make you list your name on their sign-in sheet and it's first come first serve. I went at around 10:40 and I was the very first in line. After 20 minutes, the line was almost to the door so I suggest coming in really early. The whole process took me less than 10 mins because I had all of my documents ready and I'm sure the employees will appreciate that. Also, make sure that you have one passport photo with you prior to coming in. Employees are friendly, too.

Lori at passport services was super nice and efficient!! I made an appointment ahead of time and she was available to do mine right on time. The workers in the lobby were also very friendly and helpful.

Was in and out requested some small boxes for future shipping purposes because there was no more up front and got denied because there was a long line. I guess if you go there make sure your unprepared rude and cursing so you can get service.
