Not 24 hour

I've lived here for 32 years, and this Walgreens is open for 24 hours. Since 2020 I will admit there has been a lot of theft. They hired a security guard, but to me the employees take it too far because they act as if the property being stolen is coming out of their pockets, when Walgreens specifically tells them not to interfere, but yet the older ladies just have to say something or do something.. Last time it was about one in the morning and my whole family had Covid except for me so I desperately needed medicine. They had a long line outside and they would only let one person in one by one. Right now I came to get some medicine cause I'm severely sick in the middle of the night. It's currently 340 and I came up and they have a sign that says store closed and it says closed for lunch from 3 AM to 4:15 AM to me that doesn't mean for operations that you shut down the entire store and to me this is the management thinking they can do whatever they want again , I understand to keep theft down so they could probably take their lunches together to be on the floor together but in the railroad people can't wait in the parking lot for you to open up. If you don't wanna work at Walgreens get another damn job. Like I said, I understand the theft issue, and if you're by yourself oh freaking well let them take whatever the hell they want, and let Walgreens deal with it and their insurance but as far as the people who desperately need medicine or medical supplies without having to go to the ER and your science says 24 hours You're lucky someone doesn't sue Walgreens for false advertisement for your made up sign . Pretty damn annoying that you guys care that much about theft as if it comes out of your damn paychecks and yeah raises the price everyone knows about theft and how raises shit but we live in the bay area and like I said apply for other jobs go at Joannes or Michael's or wherever the hell else but you're scared and you want people on the same shift they're going to still either way was the point of having a damn security guard

Very bad service, I always come here for my medications and the woman at the pharmacy is very unpleasant, she always brings a note and doesn't even say hello, it's so bad for me...

Do not depend on this Walgreens drive thru they will literally have u sitting in the line for hours ! I thought drive thru was created for faster service. Then u go inside and still have to wait bc they all are helping the drive thru overall don't depend on this one i highly recommend 136th walgreens drive thru bc if a problem occur they make the patient come inside instead of holding up the drive thru line

They are so bad here. From the front counter to the managers to the pharmacy. It's sickening walking into this place. The trash that's just piled up outside is mind blowing. Walking inside it literally feels like you're walking on sticky gum everywhere. It's just gross. They have horrible customer service. There's this short Caucasian/mexican lady who wears glasses, she is by far the worst walgreens employee I've ever seen. She curses and yells, I'm not sure if that's just how she is because she's yelling at a 80 year elderly man who obviously is telling her he has no hard time with hearing. It's sickening. I really hope they do something with this place. It's really really bad.It doesn't make it any better when they have their security getting high outside. Wow.

Good location, well-stocked pharmacy, but could improve with friendlier customer service for a complete experience.

Glad to see that this Walgreens hasn't shuttered it's doors. The past few years have been rough, for many stores like this. I stopped in to buy some perfume. That's when I noticed the perfume case was not only unlocked it was completely empty! Upon closer inspection... they rigged up these little cardboard paper cut outs of all the bottles of good smelling stuff. You then point to the picture you prefer..ume. Someone then goes to the back office to get your item. Then you both walk over to register to pay. Which felt a little strange but understandable at the same time.

Thursday early morning (Dec 14, around 1a.m.) I visited the store to make purchases. My card was rejected twice - I had used the card twice previously mere minutes before visiting the Walgreens, knew my credit available, so knew I had more than ample credit to cover the Walgreens' purchases. (I later learned my card issuer had sent a precaution block inquiry text to my phone, which because I didn't have my phone with me I only learned of when returning to my car and reading the text message.)When the clerk suggested I might want to return some(?) of my order from my purchase...my initial impulse was to feel annoyed, as I felt this "suggestion" was inappropriate. (How could the clerk, for instance, presume I might not have a different form of payment I could use...which so happens I had SEVERAL in my wallet, one of which I produced to complete the purchase.)Having had a few hours now to ruminate about the earlier encounter - I have become increasingly TICKED OFF by what I regard was rude, unprofessional, and offensive treatment I had earlier received. It was not the clerk's place to implicitly insinuate I might not have means to pay for my purchases - certainly, at the very least, before inquiring if I might want to try a different form of payment (which, as I have earlier stated...I WAS CARRYING SEVERAL FORMS OF PAYMENT AT MY DISPOSAL FROM WHICH I COULD HAVE PRODUCED IN THE ALTERNATIVE.)

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a pharmacy, places on hold for 30 minutes and when my call was answered I was placed on hold mid conversation, absolutely terrible patient service, I know they are busy and understaffed but when staff are talking to customers/ patients in this instance they should not be cutoff mid sentence and placed on hold, do better Walgreens this is ridiculous

Close this place down already it should not take one car 45 mins to pick up medication from the pharmacy if its something complicated they should have to go inside instead of holding up everyone else and its raggedy on the inside and outside

The infamous long waiting time for pick-up or refill at Walgreens pharmacy has added more dumb staffing to the store. I thought I was lucky enough to be the first one in the line on a Sunday evening, but, they spent 15 minutes dealing with the customer ahead of me. Then, a dumb thing happened. Nazia picked the other customer who just arrived in the store instead of me. There, it took another fifteen minutes of waiting before she came up for service. I am a senior of 76 and have feet standing problem. Nazia gave priority to the young customer who arrived 13 minutes later and behind me. The problem was she took another 15 minutes to work for this younger customer. I was furious that the 30-minute wait caused my feet pain again. Don't forget, it took only a minute for my pick-up.

Trying to get a prescription from this place is stupid difficult. They also tell you one thing and then do another. They don't fill prescriptions like before. It's been a daily struggle trying to get my mom's medicine she needs for 2 autoimmune diseases. 4 days and counting. These people are the worst and will say anything to make you go away one more day so they can jerk you around for the next day.Highly disappointed dissatisfied and changing her pharmacy.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. you can barely reach them by phone. they put you on hold anytime someone answers and i’ve stayed on the lines for more than 45 mins at a time, without any help. They always get my prescriptions messed up and ALWAYS have an issue with my insurance anytime we go, even though it has never changed. Horrible pharmacy which is why we are switching from this pharmacy. ADVICE: don’t have this place as your main pharmacy.
