The pharmacy staff is excellent. They are friendly, professional and have a wonderful phone etiquette. In today’s times, many stores lack customer services, however this pharmacy is the epitome of customer service. Great job folks!

I came here for the second dose of my COVID vaccine and felt super cared for by the pharmacist and staff Sean was very helpful which was amazing for me because I was nervous but just his energy helped me relaxed and the entire thing was much easier than expected! would recommend lol

On FridayWALMART pharmacy didn't have the medication to fill my order that was faxed. So Christina lead pharmacist on Friday Wal-Mart called me right away to let me know. She then called CVS Pharmacy and they had it in stock and she advised the Pharmacist that she was calling my doctor to have my prescription faxed to CVS. She called to let me know. I then called my doctor too, but my doctor's office must have close. Unknowingly I called CVS Pharmacy on Saturday to see if the prescription had been faxed. It had not,so I had to wait till Monday. Without calling CVS about it's status Monday. I received a phone call from Mindy the lead pharmacist to let me know that it had been received and filled ready for pick. This was greatly appreciated, because the medication was for severe pain from injuries that I was suffering from. I'm so glad that two lead pharmacist Christina (Wal-Mart)and Mindy (CVS) could work together to help help one patient.I thank management for providing individuals who care enough about the patients care to give them the best service possible.I would give 10 ⭐ if I could.THANK YOU!!!

This is a complaint against one of their associates. I am purchasing a glucerna powder placed in one of their cabinet with locked. I was looking for the call box but I can't find it. I asked a Latina associate along the aisle and she said that she does not have a key and asked the lady at Beauty product. I asked the lady at the beauty product and Her name on the name plate is Clarissa. She is polite and explained to me that she does not have a key and looked for someone on that area. I told her I tried but I can't find someone. She yelled the name Louisa or Liza and the associate responded. Clarissa told me to asked her to open the cabinet for me. I approached her and asked her politely if she can assist me. I walked towards where the cabinet and she followed. While walking, she speaks in Filipino , " nakakaistorbo naman ito at pasarado na Kami" which means in English that I am disturbing her and they are about to close. She is acting arrogantly while saying that. This happened around 9:40 pm and Walmart closes at 11:00pm. Without her knowing that I can speak and understand Filipino because I'm a Filipino. She opened the cabinet and grab the glucerna powder that I'm purchasing for my grandparent. Then, I spoke in Filipino and said " pasensiya na po Kung nakaistorbo ako" which means I apologize if I disturbed her. She replied to me in Filipino , " nakakaistorbo ka naman and pasarado na Kami" which means you are really indeed disturbing me bacause we are about to close. She said that in a out loud manner while going back to the very last aisle near the garden. I looked for a manager. At that night the Manager is Haneefah. I told her the entire story. I told her that I was polite asking her for an assistance. I am very respectful because she is the same age as my aunt and also both of us are Filipino. My aunt also work at Walmart. The manager asked if I was able to get her name.I said I was not able but I will verify it. I approach her again and asked her name politely. She gave me her name. I heard Liza or Louisa and something Coheungco in her last name. I told her that in a very calm manner that I am filing a formal complaint against her and told her the reason . Then she shouted at me and saying that she didn't do my allegations. I didn't argue and went back to the Manager Haneefah to provide her name. The following day I called the manager who's name appears on the receipt. Her name is Ahmad. I told her the same stuff I wrote her. She said that they will talk to her and correct her behavior. My main point of complaining Louisa or Liza whose picture appears on this review is never speak on your own language while at work place. What if I cannot understand Filipino and you were telling those words at my back. This should be a red flag. I am ashame of her being me a Filipino. She should be speaking English everytime there is a customer or a customer around her. I don't want her to get in trouble but the management must correct her behavior so that this will not happen to anyone she will be assisting.

During this pandemic, Management of Walmart should implement all employees to wear mask and gloves and provide free hand sanitizer or alcohol to all employees to protect them from this virus! I also recommend that the store should be disinfect the whole store as ive noticed most customers are coughing! Remember we are part of the city ordinance lockdown to minimize the risk of exposure to Corona Virus!

Walmart Pharmacy was a consideration for my pharmacy plan when i was enrolled in Anthem Blue Cross. skipped over them when their prices where consistently higher. over the years, i have checked Walmart's med pricing when buying same. Walmart's was always higher..today was no different. on line pricing looked good. price in store isn't the same. much higher.
