Every Christmas holiday I have had their dried beef. It is the best that is out there. They use high quality beef and flavor it wonderfully. My favorite is the spicy, hot beef jerky that is flavored with oyster sauce. It's a real treat whenever we have it, and Christmas just isn't Christmas without it.
