“Wow! I am super impressed with the interior detail clean that Israel and his team did. The car looks like it's brand new now! They were able to get out deep stains from the drivers and passengers seats and deep cleaned all the carpets and floor mats and more. Everything is sparkling! The best part of their job is that they were able to remove a nasty lingering cigarette odor from the previous owner. I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and could not breathe with the cigarette odor before, but now after the interior detailing and deep clean I'm able to breathe fresh air in my car again. Fortunately, I know thatTranStar Auto Body Shop (Phat Tran) provides just the service you need. Phat is very personable and efficient. His prices are fair. He is knowledgeable and you can tell that he knows what he is talking about. I needed to have the side view mirror replaced. In addition, in the last few years the 2016 Altima had picked up dents and scratches and was looking pretty ratty. When Phat was done, the car looked bright and shiny. This was not a one-time thing. “They fixed a deep scratch so well I was unable to tell where the scratch was previously located. I had to look at old photos to figure that out! Charged a reasonable price too! Very high quality work.”
“Watching them work is like watching a well-oiled machine. But they're still human. You can see them warming up to the specifics of your car over the course of the 30-45 minutes they take on the basic inside and outside wash. They often get distracted and forget what parts they already wiped down. Etc. But that's okay because I'm not paying $200 for a full detail. I'm paying $50, a steal for the amount of detail they provide.
A few caveats which made me knock a star off (but keep in mind I have a brand new car with brand new paint, so I care extra here). They are not invested in keeping your car scratch-free. They use one towel for the entire shampoo process, and not enough for the drying to avoid micro-scratches. For a truly 5/5 star service, they would use a towel for each body panel, work from top to bottom instead of randomly (for instance when they're drying, I see them wiping just underneath the rear bumper and then back to the middle), and use the the 2 bucket method to clean grit off the towel from each wipe. They should also use a pressure washer to get as much dirt off as possible before shampooing, instead of a garden hose attachment with the shower setting. There were some times where the vacuum hose and spray bottle got dragged along the car paint. They also made an error in putting something back in the trunk (without asking me first or for help) and a plastic part of a rolling duffle bag scuffed the rear bumper.
However, I think I will still keep coming back because they aren't franchised professionals or anything, they're an apparent family-owned business just trying to make a living. Despite the issues, it feels nice going here. I relate to being an Asian American and being involved in a family-owned business. I can see the experience. I can also see the optimizations they put in their process. I just wish they were more careful.”

They fixed my wife's Lexus NX sunroof and Richard was nice enough to patch some leather damage for free. Owner and Alondra (office manager) were extremely pleasant and took amazing care of my car. Shop is extremely clean and inviting. Esp being a girlie..we know how nervous it can be going into a body shop. The waiting area is comfortable and they even have snacks and water.

“Decent price and quick service. My small hatchback took a little over half an hour with the cheapest option. You get what you pay for though, so don't expect maximum attention to detail. There were some water spots and small nooks that didn't totally get cleaned, but I mostly got what I wanted- a clean (enough) exterior and clean windows/mirrors.”

It's been years since I went to get a deep clean for my vehicle and Jose and his staff were amazing, fast and their prices are reasonable and worth it. “We've been going here for years and have been very satisfied. The self wash is still less expensive and does a better job then if you went to a drive-through wash facility. Our entire family also uses the detail service, its more expensive than if you did it yourself but they do a great job, so for us its definitely worth it.”
