Jose was probably the most helpful and friendly Auto Zone worker I've ever encountered, give that man a raise!!!! Great experience overall and highly suggest everyone to go to this store for your car needs. Thank you Jose for making my experience a memorable one.

Bad phone customer service. It's not the first time. An employee at this location just put me on hold for 15in, did not even hear him/her. Probably would have waited another 15 min before getting disconnected, which happened several times. If you're going to put a customer on hold that long, then tell him or her to call back. Terrible business, no common sense.

I went in at 9 and the doors were locked so I called and the workers said “you could have just knocked”I did. No one was up front.I didn’t say anything to them other than your doors locked and the sign says you close at ten. I don’t need a 19 year old to cop an attitude with me for expecting a business to be open during their hours.Then when I went to leave the door was locked behind me. That’s really sketchy. I’m the only customer with two male employees and they Lock me in the building. What the heck is that?!

Memo, thank you for assisting me this morning with my taillights. I truly appreciate your 5 star customer service. It sad that there was a AutoZone (Santa/Rita, Pleasanton 15 minutes from me, but they would not assist me. Instead, I had to drive 30 minutes for assistance to Hayward. AutoZone Hesperian, you will always have my business. Thank you.

Auto Zone used to be Auto Shack many years ago. Name change quality stays the same. Good price for all your auto needs. Let's shop local. Personal service always better then mail order. Keep everyone employed. You see what you paid for and go home happy.

Horrible young people here at the store do not know what they're doing who don't know what a Buick Grand national is 3.8 v6 turbo if you're going to work at a auto store you should know about cars at least a little bit

They never answer the phone I have a commercial account but I never call this store for parts I call San Leandro By the time I get to the store from my house they still haven't answered the phone In terms of people that know what they are doing there are like 2 people that know their parts the rest don't really know what they are doing and if they don't know what something is they say they don't have it. For commercial accounts I recommend San Leandro or the Jackson auto zone 100%
