This place is such a gem! If you’re someone who cares about your feet but still want to look stylish, look no further! I’ve gone there multiple times to find a pair of decent shoes and have always walked out happy. My favorite staff member is Kaylin, who is extremely thorough, helpful, and kind. She measured my feet and was the first person to point out that I had high arches. It changed the way I think about shoes for the better! I used to deal with lots of foot pain and since she helped me figure out what I need, the pain is gone. I now know which shoes to buy and don’t waste my time on junky ones. They have great brands like Taos, Dansko, Aetrex, Hoka, New Balance, Brooks, plus some international brands I hadn’t heard of but are fantastic! It’s so hard to figure out whether a shoe will actually fit when shopping online. I’m so grateful for stores like Beck’s where they take the time to understand your needs to find you the right pair of shoes. Beck’s quality and excellent customer service make the investment well worth it. Definitely stop by!

Love it. I went in for a comfortable pair of CT/ST work boots and found a pair of Keen boots that are incredible. Thanks to the sales woman, which was awesome, I now have me a pair of boots that are not only comfortable, safe for my toes and super light but at a good price.

I took my Mom to Becks today. James greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the options would be best for my Mom's comfort. She left with some nice fitting shoes. Thank you James

Great selection of name brand shoes. James, the manager, is very helpful and friendly. Name brand shoes are a little pricey.

I like buying shoes at Becks because they take the time to actually work with you and explain the differences between makes and models of shoes. Today Gina did a great job helping me decide between a couple different Hoka's.
Nothing beats walking out feeling more confident in a new pair of shoes.

Unparalleled customer service! I came there looking for a specific pair of Birkenstock shoes, which they didn't end up having, so I said I'll just buy online directly from the brand. They asked if I needed help with figuring out my size, and they helped me out by bringing out different sized Birkenstocks so I would know my size when I order. They get nothing from it, yet still went above and beyond :)

This store is a hoot! Come here, try on some shoes, walk around, and walk out with your new purchase! The person working here was sooo nice and friendly, even when we came in 15 minutes before closing on a weekday and couldn't seem to make up our mind and kept making her run back for different sizes. I wanted her to know that I felt bad, I really did. But I am so grateful for her patience and helpfulness. I'll be back very soon for more shoes (earlier this time)!

This is the second time I've come here. I've first came here because I am a figure skater and needed some inserts for my Figure skates. I was having a lot of pain to the point where I had custom skates made. They were better but still hurt so I decided to get some inserts, the first time I came from my first pair of skates. The inserts were nice and cushy. They definitely made my feet feel better. But about a year later I found out my skates were too big, so I needed new skates and new inserts for a different shape and different problems, so I came today and I found out that I have high arches. I went to a podiatrist who told me I had flat feet. But I did the little pressure test where I stand on that device and it shows where you have the most pressure and the guy helping me told me I didn't have flat feet that I actually had high arches And recommended me a few different inserts for my shoes and oh my God what a difference. All the problems that I've had with all my other shoes and skates. I always had this gap that bothered me but didn't really know how to explain it. And this filled in that gap. The whole time I was getting inserts for flat feet because that's what I was told by the doctor. But everything made complete sense once we did the test and he actually got down and showed me that he can fit his finger under my feet. Even though they look flat from top view. I will be recommending this place to all my Skater friends. Both workers were amazing and very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Jennifer Lopez took great care of my mom and took her time to provide knowledge of product and great attitude to the store. If anyone goes to this place just ask for her and she will take care of you and make you feel like fam! Thanks again for all your help Jennifer!

Best customer service! Came in to check out the latest insoles on the market (yeah, I said that and I not embarrassed) because they are a game changer. Beck's has super feet which is our family's brand of choice but they recently discontinued the favorite. The woman who helped us was super knowledgeable and showed us the comp product in all the available brands. They have a great selection of shoes as well (not so many safety shoes for women but they are working on that). This is a great store to get your insoles, work shoes, running shoes and fun socks. You can try on the insoles which is a plus and they have plenty of sizes.
