I visited this location when customer service kept dropping my call with a message that said come to a store. They were equally useless. I’ve wasted hours of my time on hold and now another 1.5 hours driving to this location. I recommend ANY OTHER COMPANY as boost mobile wasn’t even able to get my service connected after three weeks of trying.
Update that they finally did get my service connected, I had a helpful agent on the phone who figured it out. Given that starting service is the minimum requirement of a cell provider, it's really bad that no one else could figure it out.

I made a mistake posting a good review. Ever since this lady touched my phone I started having problems with my data and then I switched to carriers. And now they're giving me a hard time to unlock my phones. Don't use these providers. They will scam you if you're not paying attention.
