“Israel went above and beyond in care and customer service. He and his team also did an amazing job on the interior detailing of my Civic. I called him right after picking up my car from almost 2 weeks of misery getting it repaired for heavy water leakage into the interior. When I met him at the shop, he understood all my concerns and took really good care of my Civic, even updated me during the day. He put me at ease and shared lots of really helpful information as he walked me through a couple of areas that had the most water damage. I definitely plan to bring my car to Israel & G1 Mobile again. Great guy, excellent work, and a great local business to support.”

I had brought my 2019 Tesla M3 SR+ to MARQP on three occastions to add more PPF to my Vehicle, working with Raj has been a pleasure ,since he is well informed about the various products they offer and work with you according to your budget. Raj provided me with photos of the work being done and has excellent follow-up to address any concerns or questions you may have about their service. When it comes to getting PFF , you have many places to choose from , but finding a someone who can do high quality work at a reasonable price may not always be the case. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to find a shop that has a good job ethics to contact MARQP and speak with them about your needs. If i can give MAR more than Stars i would.”

“I discovered this place online today and it turns out to be a place I’d thought about using for car wash services and just hadn’t until today. I am so glad I did! My car looks as good - or better - as the day I bought it and for just $30 with kindly customer service. I only needed a car wash then extensive vacuuming and service cleaning which are all included in this basic services price for a sedan. I would have liked to leave a bigger tip for all their efforts but 20% had to do today. I will add more next time. What a great find near home!”

I like the vacuum placement before, which is right before you enter the wash. Garbage cans are also conveniently placed next to vacuum. Each stall is set up the same way.”

“It was late in the afternoon, and no one was around myself and the attendance car were the only two automobiles on the property! He was cleaning the car wash area when I pulled up and went to the window and saw no one was there. I guess this wouldn't bother most people, but personally, I was put off by only having one employee to handle everything by himself. This station is on a busy corner in Castro Valley. I hope the company is paying him enough money to handle this job. Seems a little unfair to him.”

“Steve is a wonderful guy. I was referred to him by a co-worker, having a emergency vehicle situation. Called Steve and was told to bring my car in for a diagnostic, found out it needed a new alternator. That day I received same day service. OMG, I was extremely surprised and happy getting my car back within 2hrs., needless to say, this has never happened to me, especially in an emergency last minute walk in.The EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received is on POINT!!!!!!! I now have a new Mechanic Shop "Steve's Auto Repair". I will most definitely refer family and friends to Steve's Auto Repair.Thanks Steve & Team!!!”
