I showed up sooner than expected for my old change and they made me aware of it and instead did the free service check and topped off all the fluids and put air in the tires for free. People say oil changers is a little pricey and it might be but they're always fast and the honesty it's totally worth it!! I would recommend you come here.”

“My van has a camper on top and it's hard to find a car wash that I can take it to. These manual car washes are becoming fewer these days. I really appreciate that the machines were all working and I didn't have any issues with it taking my cash. It does operate using tokens you have to exchange cash for. I didn't see a credit card machine so make sure you have bills or change for tokens. $10 was enough to rinse, soap, scrub, rinse again, and apply wax. Which is pretty average for a basic wash. I didn't use them but there are vacuums. I would definitely come back here again.”

“Zero issues to report, but then I am a pro at the self serve car wash. No line on a Monday before the 4th of July. I broke out a $10 and coached my little man who will inherit the CamperVan one day:1.) Time goes quick little mate. So make sure you're set up for success, before you drop in your coin. Test that the brush will reach all the way around your vehicle. We had to back out about 2 feet and squeeze a bit closer to the wall, and be mindful that the hose will snag the roof rack. Set up the step ladder, get a bucket filled with water. Raise wipers.2.) $3 to start, use the brush. Top to bottom. Gravity is your friend. Little man, you follow behind with a mop glove getting the low sides. If the glove hits the ground, grab a clean one.3.) Keep scrubbing after your 3 minutes are up. Use the bucket water diluting the suds, work from cleanest to dirtiest. Hit wheels last. Return wipers.4.) Set to rinse, grab pressure gun. Set step ladder. Little man drops in four coins and is dazed by the force of the gun. We work fast, top to bottom again, using the pressure to scour off the brake dust.We wheel out of the way as a line has now formed. And get ready to dry. I put little man on the roof and now others have recruited him. Hilariously he earns six bucks, and teaches people how to say their favorite color in mandarin.”
“i got there on a Sunday 5 min after they opened. no line and got out in 15 min for exterior wash only. was it an exceptional wash? no but for a 20 dollars 15 min wash they did pretty well and i was satisfied. i will go back”
“You never about how good your oil change experience is but it's worth noting. Admitting it took me A couple minutes to figure the layout of the spot. The car wash and detail part is crackin! I went around 9:30a on a Sunday, there was just one car in front of me. Their process is so efficient. The first person came and got all info and set me up to pay. Change myself took less than 10 min. I happen to see the tech pull out my air filter, check it and put it back. I appreciate the honestly and not trying to just claim it needs to be replaced. (I change my own so I know it's good lol). Best part for me?? They filled my
Fluids, including windshield wiper fluid. I was out for a week and so happy to have it again! Definitely will be back.”

“So this place was awesome, I loved seeing this blue thing in the center of the place, it had weird red lips lol- this was such a fun place! The thing is i kept seeing the eyes following me on the big statue, weird although, it was very dark, and not a lot of people were around. Also, i found these weird blue and red hands around, i decided to put them on!”

“One of the best automatic washes in the city, and the only one with an unlimited monthly plan. The line is sometimes long, but moves quickly. -1 * for not rinsing rear of car well.”
“Difficult/tricky to find. Great signage off of the freeway, but not intuitive to find. You can't beat the price. There are lots of pumps and the line can be used on either side of the car. This is a very busy gas station and you need to be aware of your surroundings as you pull in there are lots of cars coming and going.”

“My car was vandalized, the catalytic convertor stolen, while I was visiting a friend in Oakland. I live in Carmel. My husband had worked with Omar, from Ken Betts for many years and suggested I call him. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He worked with me and my insurance company quickly and efficiently, and went way out of his way to search for the convertor which was hard to find due to to much theft of this parts. He and I worked to together to locate one of only a few in the city. He actually went in person to pick it up to make sure we had it. The repair was done very quickly and well. Omar was exceptionally helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend him and Ken Betts for good personal service and repair.”

They have car wash service (3 different levels for your price range), they have air for your tires, vacuum for quick clean up, gas obviously (great quality for great prices), and of course a huge selection of snacks and food. They have everything from hot foods (Hotdogs, burgers, tacos, nachos, etc), to chips, fresh cookies baked daily, slushies, candy, sodas, energy drinks and everything else you can think of to find here. Definitely recommend coming here!”

She gave me a new code. Drive back around and machine was out of order. Went to service person. She had to reset it. Drove back around.
