Nice, friendly neighborhood location w/ plenty of parking!! If you need to use the ATM during hours the bank is not open, you do have to slide your card in a slot by the door in order to gain entry. Great for safety, but unfortunately there are people out there who don't know the rules and just try to keep pulling on the door handle thinking it will magically open, or they wait until you're about to exit and are standing right in front of the door. I wish there was someway where the view inside the bank could be blacked out, so people aren't looking in to see if there's somebody at the ATM or not. At least this would dissuade them from just waiting for you to get out after you finish your transaction. I know this isn't really Citibank's fault, but just wanted to give people's a heads up.I took off one star because this bank, as of this writing, doesn't open up until 10 AM. Really wished they opened up at the minimum, 8:30 AM or 9. I only go into the bank where I need a teller about 3 to 4 times per year, but still I would love to go in there early to do my transaction. The great thing about Citibank is they have a lot of agreements with various ATMs, so at least if you just need to only withdraw money, you can do that at many places.

The customer service at this branch is NON existent. Tellers are ok but the Branch Manager is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and does NOT care about it's customers needs. I will move my business elsewhere.

Had an issue with someone using my card, so I called customer service, and they told me to go to the branch so that they can verify me and issue a temporary card. I got the temporary card, but because the teller was taking too much time with me, the manager got mad at him, and one of the personal bankers took me to her desk and handed me my cards and a piece of paper and said call the number. I was shooed out of the bank in a hurry because apparently there were a lot of other customers waiting. I've never been treated with such disregard. The teller, Wailun (I think that's his name) was so nice, professional, compassionate and helpful. Sorry he got in trouble, especially because he was the only one really trying to help.

I stop here alot to use the enclosed 24-hour ATM. You need a card to get in, then there's multiple ATMs. Much safer than those outside ATMs. I came here once to service my CD and they were really nice to help me. Lots of free parking in a small strip mall. Nextdoor to Roundtable Pizza.

Never knew of a bank that won't take cash. Hmm. That's so awesome!! So convenient for me! I may be old fashioned but REALLY?! Can anyone answer why my cash isn't acceptable? Please enlighten me. This was the San Lorenzo branch. My first visit! And my last. Nice one guys!

I've requested several times for the lighting to be brighter at this San Lorenzo location. It's very scary to stop and get money out and it's super dark outside the bank. Why don't they take notes from Wells Fargo across the street it's pretty lit up. You are clearly a bank and have money to do so, I have been complaining for 2 years now. Please fix it, tonight i'll just pay the extra atm charge and go to Wells Fargo yet again. i'd rather be safe than cheap.

Thanks Danny for providing the most efficient cash transaction by performing several checks with me integrated into the process with minimal effort on my part. Also, Danny was very professional and displayed appropriate communication showed just enough interest asking about my day to not be too invasive. Great experience!

I rarely go inside the bank. I almost never have a reason too, almost everything I need can usually be handled online or via ATM. However I had to close my account, and I had been charged an overdraft fee because another company (PGE) had completed an autopay to my account after I had deleted my banking info. (this is another review). I went in ready to pay my overdraft fee and close out my account. When I got there, there were already other people waiting. A gentleman came over and informed me it would be around 45 minutes. He asked what I needed. I quickly outlined my issue and let him know I needed to close out my account. After telling me the tellers could close it, he said he would go ahead and waive the fee, even though I was closing out my account, rather than making me wait for 45 minutes and even interrupted (very briefly) an appointment he was working on. I had to close my account due to factors outside of Citibank. The service and support I received here today would have been enough to make me keep my account had it not been for the other issues. I haven't always been happy with banks, very rarely have I ever felt like one was interested in actually helping me. Today I felt like this one was. I wanted to write his review, I know these employees rarely if ever are thanked, but Mike Ragen, the manager at this location, deserves at the very least a thank you, and a good review.

I have to pass this place on the way home several times per week! It would be nice to not be scared to use the atm at night! The parking lot is so dark, no lights what so ever! You guys need to provide a well lighted atmosphere for your customers! It sucks to have to pass this one up, to go find another one more safer! Please work on this asap

I walked into this place to open an account with citi bank. As i walked in i was not greeted by the gentlemen walking around fixing the door and looking like he had a lot of work. He looked right at me as i walked in and did not acknowledge me at all. I waited for 5 minutes before he looks at me and asks me if i needed help. I told him i was interested in opening an account then he tells me "have you signed in?" I did not know i needed to sign in after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Few bankers were just sitting on their tables not doing anything. Not one person walked up to the table to check the list o see if people are waiting or to see who is next. After waiting for about 20 minutes i walked out. So disappointed.
