I came to him with little knowledge about engagement rings (but had found a setting and sapphire I loved) and he was so patient, kind and personable in guiding me through the process from start to finish. Not only that, he was HONEST and genuine, which I feel like can be hard to find nowadays. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he worked closely with me over several revisions to ensure the ring was perfect. My now fiancé, Stephen, also worked with him to create a surprise engraving. This man has been running this shop for a very long time, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled. This store is a half hour drive from me now, and I pass countless jewelers, but I will keep going here for my jewelers needs for long as he's in business. Do yourself a favor and don't get up-sold or scammed at some of these other less reputable places, and go to Vortman's.”

She did a thorough job of explaining the tooth whitening process and gave us a good idea of what to expect during and after the service.
