“The folks at Newark Jewelry Center are so kind and accommodating. I went in with a silver necklace to be shortened and a stainless steel ring to be resized. The ring was a trickier task but they explained the pros and cons to a couple different solutions and ultimately helped find one that worked for me. They were patient as I tried to decide what made sense for my needs. I made a few trips over and each time, they were so lovely to talk to. They even shortened my necklace a couple times with no fuss, since I wanted it even shorter after the first iteration.
It can be unclear where to go when you first enter, but just go straight to the line for the window and they'll sort you out. Highly recommend! I'm sure they could take care of anything”

“Simply wow. My wife has a simple diamond pendant on a platinum chain and the chain had broken. I went in out of curiosity to see if they would repair it and they fixed it while I waited - cleaned it too. And only charged $20. Will definitely be going here for repairs - hopefully none needed - and will look at their jewelry for gifts.”

Eats: "dark chocolate almond toffee chuck cookies" (2) -shelved with some knit xmas caps. -name attracted me. Curious about taste since toffee usually is a solid bar not a cookie -made in home kitchen. Very sweet. Sugar, butter, palm oil top 3 ingredient. Many others -doubtful repeat. Not healthy. Staying with regular toffe. 4.5 stars. aisles narrow. Items stacked tight. Everything labeled. Didn't touch anything. Lots of items would make great gifts.. *items displayed randomly. Some have placards naming vendor, artists. Some didn't have..”

“I had chain of beads that I needed to repair as one of the beads got disconnected. I took it to a shop in Pleasanton where the owner was rude and quoted me $40. I then took it to Design4U. The lady there was very friendly, fixed it within a few minutes and charged me just $10. I then looked at my chain and I couldn’t make out where the repair was done as it was flawless. I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair”

“Myra had the largest selection in solid gold and diamond pieces ive ever seen from a Tooth Gemmer. She even had custom pieces that no one had... like my 'SJ' piece. I also loved the Berner "Cookies" piece but i didn't get that one. The space was a whole vibe as well... it was amazing to see all the Women Inspired Art and it fit her personality perfectly. The process was easy, quick and painless. The quality of the pieces and her knowledge of placement was 2nd to none. I've had my gold pieces for over 5 years now! If you're looking for a Tooth Gem Tech... Myra is the only one i'd trust. Large selection and quality work is worth the 5 stars”
