Lorenzo Commons has in my experience been excellent. Beautiful clean, timely repairs by the maintenance, and great amenities. The Property Manager is kind and helpful. They have all been easy to work with and gone to great lengths to help me feel comfortable on multiple occasions. Getting into my apartment was super easy.

I just move from another Unit of this apartment, coz my husband got disabled , we need to go down at first floor . When I sign my contract it's high technology now. All the renter has need to sign through online. Unlike before , you sign Manual in a bunch of paper. I'm not really quite good on technology, the Manager Luis, is very helpful to teach you or guide you how to sign the contract . He has very consedirate manager. And I'm glad his our manager now. Since I live here for to long, I encounter almost 3 to 4 manager , who supervise this apartment. And Luis is the one easy to talk too. He always smile, and listen if you have some issue for moving and help you. Same thing with the maintenance name Arthuro. His nice guy and approachable. He help you no matter what your problem in your old unit through the new unit you transfer. I wish they keep it up. I recommended this place to everyone who looking a new place to live on.

Terrific management been waiting for repairs and nothing been done maintenance staff only play around doing nothing same as janitor laundry is dirty pool is dirty, some lights are out at night so its dark simply Terrific!!! A lot of people smoking tree (weed) that is illegal!!!!

Worst management system. Very unprofessional. Rent apartments supposedly move in ready. But can't cook for almost 2 months because never installed escape vent. So much needed and still needs to be done. Rent credits should be given for this. Make sure your apartments are actually move in ready or live elsewhere.

Why 4 out 5...to be Cont.I've been a resident here long enough change the name of ownership on the cashier Check at least 3 times, thus of course sending me through the trouble of having to update my Renter's Insurance...NowLorenzo Commons is Under New Ownership yet again!!!!!Only this time, they cleaned house and started fresh....I too was a victim of the antics of previous management which has been documented and corrected...to my suprise?!?!Maintenance Man "Mike" - Met as he's doing his Spotless Laundry Room Thing. An unbelievably sweet man, that you'd want to take to a ball game, soft spoken and always with the assist extended.I appreciate every time I run in to him.Lead Maintenance Man "Arturo" - We met incidentally one evening in the South Parking Lot, as he was obviously on the Job @8:30 p.m. and we were headed out that same direction. He without hesitation spoke and introduced himself. A very high character person whom I see day in and day out high steppin it around here either helping my neighbors out or doing transitions etc.Asset No Question!Finally New Management "Louis" - We met while discussing some of my financial confusion via online Rent Payments, Unwarranted penalty'son my file that he had already fixed prior to speaking to me and turned and showed it to me on his monitor. "Major Points"!I lost all my keys last week, needless to say i was bracing myself for a nightmare with getting new keys made and getting Poached at the same time. Without going into specifics had my new keys waiting for me when I arrived home the next day, but the man was outside helping Mike with landscaping before escorting to my apartment and opening my door for me.....COME ON!I literally ran into Louis and Arturo as I left for work today in the North Parking Lot discussing the Cars vs. The cutting of the trees. We talked for a few moments and the dialogue was outstanding and really made me feel right at home not awkward nor Threatening at all. He appears to have the pulse of the community thus far.Hands on, Stand up Leader!Cont. 4 out of 5....Although management has been spot on, I know it's ultimately up to this New Ownership group and how they intend to treat us, the tenants with reasonably feasible leasing options as we all strive to recover from these unprecedented times.Fingers cross they continue this great decision making process!

Lived here with my fiancé and now our 6 month old daughter for the past year & a half. The previous landlord was great. But the new management that's just replaced her definitely isn't. You're provided solely 1 parking space, & there's construction on the streets for the past 3 months now which means no parking. Be prepared for that if you have more than one car & if you plan on having guest. Also, while moving out I parked beside our apartment to carry out boxes & management had my car towed in which I had to pay $400 to get out. That's how strict they are about parking. They're unresponsive when you call the office, impolite in general, don't take care of noise complaints, don't seem to care about the residents, & definitely the reason we're moving elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.P.S. there’s a lot of reviews about maintenance because we constantly have to call them. When we first moved in there was no water. Oven stopped working, all types of issues. Heads up.

Arturo the lead maintenance lead has fixed my issues that has occurred. I have found that he goes above and beyond in his work. I found that he focus on his job and is professional and thoughtful about his work. 2 times the 5 Stars for Arturo.

I lived here & ran my business from home for a little over a year. Arturo, the Maintenance Lead was the best. He fixed any issues that occurs and was super friendly. He gets 10 stars from me. I was also a big fan of the Amazon lockers on-site that made package deliveries seamless & convenient. Also the new manager Luis is a great addition.

Arturo in maintenance is simply terrific. The other day when i called after hours to get my broken shower knob fixed, he rushed and got it done in minutes.True story, a while back i was in Europe, Arturo noticed I wasn't there but my car was, so he alerted mgmt and mgmt called me to make sure i was okay... thats care.And when there was an emergency in my neighbors apartment with smoke rushing out, Arturo rushed in to make sure the tenants were safe... uncaring of his own safety.The guy is simply amazing.

I’ve been living here for three years now. This is a great place. It’s clean, quiet, and very enjoyable to be here. Arturo (Maintenance) He is a great guy and is very attentive to everyone’s needs and concerns that live in the complex. To sum it all up, I feel very at home and appreciated here.

Arturo is hella one of the best maintenance people I’ve ever dealt with extremely friendly ,responsive, professional and knows his stuff. Anytime anything in the apt needs fixing no matter what he’s always in and out in less than 30min and always shows you what he did so you know it’s working.
