They had a specials a week ago for a iPhone 11 for $250 long as you activated a new service when I got in there because I went to a previous metro store. This lady was trying to upsell me on a phone charger phone insurance a higher price plan and quoted me almost $100 different than the other store but they didn’t have any more iPhones so I went to this location on Hesperian in Lewelling next to grocery outlet as soon as I said I was going to disconnect the number in the next month. She called the owner which his name was Moe and they refuse to sell me a phone just because I said after one month of service I want to discontinue. Very rude, bad customer service, and then she try to upsell me in charge me without even telling me the prices or a charger outlet phone insurance never told me was included bad business do not recommend zero stars.

Just waste my time and money for trying to activate a new phone. I have been here twice because is the closes nearby and both times I had the bad fortune to deal with people that don't have a clue of what they are doing. I feel real bad for them honestly and for how the customer service at metro has become. I definitely will change phone company.

This place sucks because these people doesn't want to help anybody out, they can't sell me a SIM card because they want to charge me an extra $30 to "Activate" it which is bogus because online it said activations are free! My phone got stolen and needed a SIM card to reactivate my service with metro pcs but the 3 girls that were working that day just pushed me towards AT&T and out of metros garbage policy and employees

They were awesome. And patient. They explained everything to me so that I understood what I was getting and I got a free phone. My Metro store was Latino Wireless but since they no longer have Metro I will consider this my new Metro store. Thank you for all your help.❤

Never buy a new phone unless you want to be disrespected have your personal information shared and buying over priced junk. Won't be coming back for anything ever, just might as well use a t-mobile store or corporate store. FYI you can purchase a new phone at other locations and activate it online or call the customer service number, no need to give all your information to disrespectful people to use it later. Also learn how to put a screen protector on properly nor does anyone want your chetto finger prints under the protector, worse experience ever.

Horrible experience, terrible service. I met the owner, short, skinny man with beard. He was very rude, laughed at a customer. If you value customer service, and want to be treated with respect, I recommend going elsewhere. I felt secondhand embarrassment at how he conducted himself.
