This is so unreasonable! We come according to the normal business hours! But we still have to wait! I don’t think this place has enough staff! Only one person works? It‘s a waste of our time!

Just stood in line for 20 minutes with no one at the counter and with no one checking to see if there were any customers. A lady finally strolled up to the register and asked if anyone was waiting on us. There were at least 6 people still waiting and at least 6 people had left already...I was seriously going to call 911 because I was afraid something bad happened to the workers. The 2nd person showed up before I finished my business i have no clue where he was coming from. The post office needs to be replaced with a company that will provide the services needed.

Tina is super unprofessional has a line of 5+ people and texting and searching nail places while I’m in front of her. Already was in line for 30 minutes prior and came from UPS. Lack of attention to what she’s doing, I had to buy more postage because I needed it tracked after transaction was already complete. Just lazy.

They left our mailboxes unlocked,
All mail stolen. I had replaced multiple bank cards and am having to deal will notification of fraud transactions. Been on phone all morning trying to dispute transaction and trying to file claims.
There is no contact information to report unlocked mailboxes. USPS is responsible for this fraud.

Never had a problem in this location. Especially happy with the service after bad experience in San Leandro Manor PO. I spent less than a minute to confirm my new address.

We started taking our prepaid label packages to this location to ship them out. Supervisor Danvider and clerk Soeli are the worst customer service we have received from a USPS store. According to them, they can't take more than 3 prepaid labeled packages from a customer at once!! WHAT?!?!?... where in the world did they get this information from?? Been doing online sales for over 5 years now and this location has been the only one to tell us they can't scan more than 3 packages from the same customer at once.. It is crazy how this pair of employees don't want to do their job. Not only that, when I asked for the clerks name, Soeli put his employee card on my face so close that he almost hit me. Called USPS customer care and they are investigating this issue. They were really surprised about the 3 package limit rule these people told me about and agreed there is no such thing. I wish these 2 find a job where they feel happy and not providing the terrible service they provide. Calling consumers affairs also and get this people out where they belong.

Priority/First Class shipping was paid for, but they are too lazy to tape the label to the package.

This post office no longer supplies tape and the clerk was rude when questioned about this. Completely absurd.

As slow as they work I could walk my mail to the destination. Deliver it and the same person that was waiting to be next is still in line when I get back. And I delivery my mail in Hawaii.
