Never had a problem in this location. Especially happy with the service after bad experience in San Leandro Manor PO. I spent less than a minute to confirm my new address.

We started taking our prepaid label packages to this location to ship them out. Supervisor Danvider and clerk Soeli are the worst customer service we have received from a USPS store. According to them, they can't take more than 3 prepaid labeled packages from a customer at once!! WHAT?!?!?... where in the world did they get this information from?? Been doing online sales for over 5 years now and this location has been the only one to tell us they can't scan more than 3 packages from the same customer at once.. It is crazy how this pair of employees don't want to do their job. Not only that, when I asked for the clerks name, Soeli put his employee card on my face so close that he almost hit me. Called USPS customer care and they are investigating this issue. They were really surprised about the 3 package limit rule these people told me about and agreed there is no such thing. I wish these 2 find a job where they feel happy and not providing the terrible service they provide. Calling consumers affairs also and get this people out where they belong.

Priority/First Class shipping was paid for, but they are too lazy to tape the label to the package.

This post office no longer supplies tape and the clerk was rude when questioned about this. Completely absurd.

As slow as they work I could walk my mail to the destination. Deliver it and the same person that was waiting to be next is still in line when I get back. And I delivery my mail in Hawaii.

Always received the neighbors mail and the mailman was still on the street when I noticed it so I went up to the mailman and I said excuse me you mailed the wrong mail to my house this is my neighbor's mail and I handed it to him and I said where is my mail and he goes oh you must not have got any today and I said yeah I didn't get any because you mailed it to the wrong house dude

Wish I could give zero stars the worker never came to my door when I went to catch up to him he didn’t stop he didn’t want to do his job and deliver my mail which had my check I needed to sign for and his manager didn’t want to confront them or do anything

I go to this post office now because it gets my mail delivered out the next day and no delay. I would go to the Castro Valley , CA post office where it is next to my job but they have lost my mail, didnt scan my mail until days later , always too busy and have to deal with people not wearing mask. Anyways, there is more issues about that post office . I dont mind driving all the way to to San Lorenzo. I understand delays is due to covid , but this post office has always been no problem precovid, too. I deducted one star for an older lady who got mad at me for not filing out a form bc I had to deliver 5 packages. I had no idea to fill the form out . The older lady always doesn't look happy or greet customers anyways. Otherwise, the employees are nice & friendly.
