Came on Saturday at 9:20am, they were closed. Normally open Saturdays.... Yelp says open 9am-12pm Saturday.

I arrived at 11:00am to this branch. Since I had no appointment with them scheduled, they told me to wait until 11:30am because there had been a cancellation with someone else's appointment (leaving a cleared spot for us to be attended to). I waited until 11:30 and once 11:30 came, the supposed 'cancelled appointment' was not cancelled. They offered for me to wait about another hour to be attended to but I left out of frustration. What kind of bank is this?!

Nice office personnel friendly. Ask for copy of my check that cleared I was done in less than 5 minutes. Location is very Convenient with Boba place, Peets coffee, Safeway, UPS store, Chase and all others, plenty of parking. I have been here weekday a couple of times after they open at 9 and there is less traffic.

The parking lot is very dangerous! Windows are routinely shattered all day long in that lot according to the PD and although this bank has tons of lights for their ATM's, they don't care enough to hire guards to walk the parking lot. I don't feel safe there and won't go there ever again.

The inconsistency of policies at this branch is ridiculous, I come in to get a fee reversal and the BRANCH MANAGER SONIA tells me "we're only allowed to reverse one fee per customer" you're trying to tell me in the 5 years that I've been a customer you're only allowed to reverse ONE FEE? I know for a fact this is not true as I worked for Wells Fargo up until 6 months ago for almost two years. The fact that she's giving a customer false information just to not reverse a fee that is not coming out of her pocket is ridiculous. And on top of that she did not greet me properly in the lobby, did not make eye contact, did not say hello she simple said "okay follow me". I wasn't at her desk for even 5 minutes, she did not care to ask why I got the fee, what happened or any of the details she simply said no and that was it. Didn't ask if there was anything else I needed. And she's supposed to be the branch manager? I can't even imagine how the rest of the staff is if that's the type of manager they have as an example. I even tried to make conversation with her and she didn't care to follow my conversation, I thought as a banker/manager you're supposed to build rapport with your customers instead of one wording then when they're trying to talk to you.

4 tellers on a Saturday, and it's the first of the month. The line is taking over the lobby. It's pretty ridiculous.

I'm in line with 9 other people and as I look around there are 4 employees standingaround. Doesn't really look great is from a customer service stand point.

Horrible service. I have to wait like 45 minutes to deposit a check that the ATM machine couldn't read. They had only 2 cashiers and the line all the way to the door. Other workers just sitting on the desks and pretty mean ladies just walking around (please u all need to work)

As a former employee of this branch, and a happy one at that, upsetting to see how far they've fallen. Worst experience I've had at any bank I've been too. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very poor service, slow pace and zero sense of urgency. Open up some more tellers... 5 employees talking behind the glass, 1 teller and 1 greeter. 12 costumers in line.
