This has to be the worst branch -Came in and opened high yield savings account with promotional interest.Derek (banker) opened account with me. Fast forward three months later I came to redeem interest accrued and was told that the promotion was never given..complete scam. He said it was my fault? Manager (Kathy) got defensive & assured it will be escalated and amended in 10 days. District manager (Dustin) also reiterated the same to me. Haven’t heard from him since. Now over one month later nothing has been made whole and the account STILL hasn’t been given promised promotional rate. I am shocked any one would bank here and can only believe how many other people have fallen for the scammy promotions.TLDR: if you like to lied to scammed out of money, lied to your face, and given the run around without any type of consequences. This is the Wells Fargo bank for you

The older Asian lady always cuts me off 100$ short and staff don’t even believe me! Can’t even go make a cashiers check for my rent without peace. That lady needs to be checked

I've banked with Wells Fargo since 1989 and am about to close my 4 checking and 5 savings accounts. We had an appointment with the San Lorenzo Branch and the whole experience was useless. I waited a week for this appointment to open another account for my minor son and we ended up leaving without opening an account. Even though this branch is within walking distance of my home, I'll have to travel to surrounding cities to bank with someone else, it's worth the trip to avoid going here.

Always a long line here. Two out of six windows work. And you have to STAND in line for more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous

I have had an account at Wells Fargo for 6 years but now it’s just getting to me how they never have enough people to help their customers. Wells Fargo need to do a better job and make sure that their customers are taken care of. There is no way that they should have 2 tellers for a whole line.

I arrived at 11:00am to this branch. Since I had no appointment with them scheduled, they told me to wait until 11:30am because there had been a cancellation with someone else's appointment (leaving a cleared spot for us to be attended to). I waited until 11:30 and once 11:30 came, the supposed 'cancelled appointment' was not cancelled. They offered for me to wait about another hour to be attended to but I left out of frustration. What kind of bank is this?!

Internet fraud… as my money is being drained by a scammer I wait in line at this bank only to be told that they don’t have anyone that can help. They can connect me on the phone with someone. Costumer service is a joke.

Great Experiences Getting In And Out With My Checks Cashed, But They Could Use Better Customer Service Training, They're Not Friendly(Not Rude) Or Talkative, But Helpful...

Although most Wells Fargo banks tend to have long lines, this branch is absurd. While there is 15+ Guests waiting there’s only 2 teller windows available while 4 employees roam around the lines with clip boards/ipads in there hands (for what reason idk other than to look “productive”.) superficial convos that are irritating, while the financial literacy is at an all time low. Don’t be fooled by the wardrobes , these individuals are nothing more than below average paid sales employees, not bankers , and far from financial advisors.
