They have a good to great selection of vehicles. If you like the brand they will probably have something you like. The dealership is VERY efficient. I have bought two vehicles from them over the past few years. I also have my Mercedes only serviced here. They are a a little on the high side for repairs, but they are mercedes qualified and you get what you pay for. As for buying cars, here this might be one of the best quickest FAIR MBZ dealers I have gone to. They dont waste your time haggling. They work magic with the deals, and the finance guy is rocket speed with the paperwork. I highly recommend purchasing here. The service dept is top notch customer service. Great team and the same people seem to be there year over year--which is a good sign the organization is run well from the top. TJ O.

A long battle for the right car and for the right price. Nice people, fair prices. Friendly atmosphere, clean and modern. If you see and say hi to Victoria, she will lead you to a nice refreshment and/or snack. We drove away (we are Santa Barbara people) with a nice catch. For our next car we are going back to SLO

I brought my 2012 E350 Bluetec in for the diesel emissions recall work while visiting family here. It was supposed to take two days, but took a week. I was told that part of the delay was loading the new main computer with its OS and configuring it for my car. Plus the DEF quality sensor needed calibration. After the car was released back to me I drove back home, and the check engine light came on. So I drove it back.Was told the mechanic Had Not Actually Replaced The SCR Catalytic Converter which was supposed to be done during the recall work. And that the DEF quality sensor still needed calibrating. They kept the car overnight. Got to resume use of the loaner I had previously.Got the car back, drove back home. Next morning the car started a countdown. Drove it back. Was told a DEF quality sensor was not calibrated. That was allegedly one reason the initial work took so long, and then again with the actual replacement of the SCR Catalytic Converter. I was told then I would either get the car back by 2PM or I would get another loaner. Neither thing happened. Got a call close to COB telling me the car would be ready next morning.What they admitted forgetting to do is scary. (The SCR Catalytic Converter??) Plus, I had them replace the oil cooler seals while they were doing the other work, which cost 500 out of pocket, but would have cost 5 thousand if done separately. I am hoping that work was done correctly but...who knows?I'm here visiting family. When I get the car back home to Maryland I'm going to have the mechanics I trust look everything over and verify that all of the recall work was actually done.Very disappointed and just a tad frightened. Well...maybe more than a tad.

We can't express how thankful we are to each and every member of the San Luis Obispo Mercedes-Benz team! Excellent communication began over email with Johnathan and he made research and car comparison seamless. He arranged to have side by side cars ready on the lot when we arrived as well as test drives and was very knowledgeable of all the different options. The general manager Ali was kind and straight forward and more than willing to help us with the best deal to get into our new beautiful E wagon. Every member of their team was pleasant , polite and helpful. We ended our day with Leo and even tho it was a Sunday and after hours he remained cheerful and so patient showing us all the features of our new purchase. We never felt pressed , rushed or pressured. The experience was top notch and we will definitely be referring our friends , family and clients to Slo Mercedes-Benz ! Thanks guys !!

I just had the greatest experience with them. Anthony was our salesperson, and he was so nice and respectful. He responded to every and any of our questions, didn’t push for us to enroll in anything we didn’t want to, and the purchase of our car was fast and efficient. I’d go to them every time. Do not go here! Worst experience. Besides my sales guy. Love my car but I’d purchase anywhere else. Extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and lazy with paperwork. SAVE everything!! Also, double check everything and follow up!! If I could take my car back I would. Literally dreading to even go there to get my vehicle serviced and I paid upfront for that. Seriously after spending 100k. Take my advice, go to another Mercedes Dealership.

I had a great experience here at Mercedes Benz of slo! They were friendly and very helpful. The whole dealership stereotype with pushy sales people that will say and do anything to close a deal was totally transformed by Mercedes of slo. They were great! I highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Jonathan whom was a pleasure to meet. We bonded as we did business which made the whole process enjoyable and safe. I appreciate the high quality experience we had here. Thank you!
