Had one teller for 7 people while three other walked around or sat in the cubicles. The manager asked a man at the back of the line if he needed help instead of helping behind the counter or asking the people at the start of the line.

They were very nice and friendly here. There are four ATM's inside the bank. I think you can only use them during banking hours,

I only use this branch for Saigeeta Patel, her customer service in unparallel. Always efficient and I could never ask for more as she always does it. Makes banking so easy. Highly recommend with old style customer service where you feel valued.

Here again at this Bank of America. Why do I do this to myself, I thought ok let me give them another chance. I thought this time would be a different experience but low and behold this time was even slower. Theres a line and the tellers are slow. I just need to do a quick translation and be on my way. Im trying to be patient but i'm getting so frustrated. Breath in, breath out, another deep breath.

I have the unfortunate experience of coming to this bank once a week because the company I work for has an account here and I have to drop off deposits. Don't let the nice looking building fool you. It is the most inefficient bank run bank or business in general I think I've ever seen. There's a constant flow of people walking slowly behind the teller window who apparently don't work there who make sure to make eye contact to make sure that you know that they are not going to help you. I understand that not anyone can just hop on because of drawer counts and such, but other banks seem to manage this just fine. Then when you finally have someone help you, they seem to be in a hurry then as they are rude and short with you. There's another bank in the area, where I walked in and the teller was in the middle of something but when I walked in, she told me that the person in front of her is the most important thing, not what she was working on and if this BofA, had even a small percentage of that mentality, there wouldn't be a long line filled with frustrated people every day. I can't imagine if I had my own money in this bank, I wouldn't trust these people with Monopoly money.

They are slow and never have enough staffThere is always a line of 6+ so making a simple deposit is so time consuming I have changed all of my accounts to premier valley and couldn't be happier

I just had a very unpleasant experience making a a fairly large tax refund deposit. I am a premier member but apparently don't look like I should have this kind of money. I left this location feeling very discriminated against and embarrassed as the teller did not believe the check was for me? They "discretely" pulled me into a cube to do what seemed to be a reverify with a manager. I wish there was a closer location to me but this is the closest to Morro Bay.

Always a long wait. Every single time. They have multiple workers walking around back and forth yet only one teller. So frustrating.

This is a unique banking experience for me.Maybe the manager is away? With no parking spaces left in the lot, and a long line for the teller windows, there is one teller working one window. Esther Agbo quietly and professionally holds down the fort all by her self. There are at least 8 other bank professionals walking past the teller space, and we've actually stopped 3 of them to mention the long slow line problem. They say something non-committal and uninspiring and click-clack away sharply on high heels. When it's finally my turn I discover that I may not deposit cash into my friends account! The deposit must be in the form of a check, cashiers check, or money order. Why? Because I don't have an account at this bank."Okay, I'll just buy a cashiers check from you right now and deposit that-okay?" No, can't sell me a cashiers check because I don't have an account at this bank.I really do not get itBut I get my checks out of my car and Esther puts my deposit through. My friend will get the money tomorrow instead of today, but I got this querulous experience, and we all followed the hallowed rules. Oi!As I leave I see the line is again long and that for more cars have joined in on my illegal parking solution. Ha!

I recently had a very bad experience with BofA 1102 Higuera St. SLO. I went into the bank and made a substantial deposit at the teller window. I provided my own deposit slip. I asked the teller to check on another deposit into the same account and she asked to see my California Drivers License. I slipped my license to her under the window. She looked into my account but failed to return my drivers license? I walked out of the bank forgot to get my license back? By the time I realized my license was missing it was 10 days later? So I went back to the back and they could not find my license? I was told a couple of tellers were out that day and the bank manager Jacqueline Delgado told me she would look into it and to come back the next day? So I came back the next day and spoke to an assistant who spoke with Jacqueline and she told me they didn't have it and said the teller who helped me didn't have it. And that they might have shredded my license? And that the bank doesn't retain peoples information? That was the treatment I got from them after being a bank member for over 30 years! Time to close the accounts!

This is an excellent place to do business. I have been very happy with their banking and with their service. I definitely recommend them.

Worst banking experience ever. Couldn't get through to the HELOC loan department using 1800 number (waiting over two hours before hanging up) so walked into branch expecting help. Come to find out, Bank of America can no longer help you inside their branch either. They will just refer you to the 1800 number that has an infinite hold time. I told them I already called the 1800 number. Branch manager said he was sorry, but could do nothing. If you are considering a HELOC loan, stay away from Bank of America, their customer service quality is simply terrible. The 1 star is for the manager, who was sorry this was happening to me.

Love the feel of this bank-teller wasn't ecstatic to help, but their new branch manager is amazing! She stayed late to make sure everything was resolved and offered to follow up on a credit we needed to wait a few business days to see on the account. Thank you, Jacki!

If you're looking to get screwed over, BofA is the financial institution for you! They will even take money out of your account for no reason, citing a "Monthly Maintenance Fee" while you are unemployed due to Covid-19. Stay the hell away from these greedy folks!
