Stopped by to get some lotion while I was on vacation. This location is in downtown SLO. Not busy at all. Good customer service. Place is organized and clean.

Racists. Spent 100 dollars plus it’s not much but it’s not nothing as well. And for the staff to follow us around…. Is so sad just sad. Tired just tired of this do better bath&body works…. but I’m sure this is how the staff is trained.

The overall feel of this place always puts me in a great mood. Walking around smelling all the scents is relaxing and fun. The employees all seem to like working there which makes my experience easy. They have sales most of the time and who doesn't like a good sale.
