The staff were all extremely helpful, understanding and kind for my issues and helped me to resolve them completely and efficiently.
I was grateful for their help, since I was from 5 hours away. My vacation would have went on, but they helped to make it all the better.

The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of delivery people (Ruben and Robert) and Mary at the central customer service. Otherwise it is one star. Ruben called with a delivery estimate the day before--but at 530 (after his shift ended) I got a text with a significantly different time block. Did someone cancel after he got off work and I moved up a block? Was this automated text entered incorrectly? Who knows. Although the store was still open, I spent 4 hours on the phone and chat to Mumbai and the PI--there is NO way to talk to anyone at the store, or even in the US. Of course Mumbai was zero help on chat, and the PI was zero help on the call.
I began again with phone and chat this am but luckily after multiple calls and chats over 3 hours time I finally got Mary (also 5 stars) who offered to send a message to the delivery department in SLO to confirm the time. Normally I'd be unhappy but deal with an 8 hour window, but the entire reason I'm getting this refrigerator is to store medication for my very sick cat and I'd shifted his medication schedule to accommodate the original delivery time.
Anyway, 5 stars to Ruben, Robert and Mary, the only reason I'd consider another purchase. The refrigerator looks good and hopefully will work ok so if you're not getting something that could need delivery or repair it's probably fine. But otherwise brush up on you Hindi
By the way Jacob, I tried reaching out on X last night during my five hours of chatting and call Mumbai—no one answered me after I provided the above info. I sort of think your X staff is also in Mumbai. But yes, after seven solid hours of talking to people who refused to help, Mary, Ruben and Robert took care of the problem. Here’s a tip: have someone actually answer the store phone. Or at least empower the totally useless folks in Mumbai to transfer us to the store after they hear why we are calling and we prove it is something ONLY THE STORE CAN DO. This would cover things like the fiasco I suffered, someone looking for lost wallet or missing teen, etc. that’s not a giant impossible ask

It is a Best buy. It's fine. Higher prices for most things online, but easy to grab fast. This location at least seems to have occasional heavily discounted Lego which is cool.

Ezra helped me with my phone problem. His customer service was outstanding! He didn't have to help me transfer my SIM card to the new phone and make sure I got all my content switched. But he did. Awesome ? kid deserves huge kudos and a raise. You don't see customer service like that anymore. Thank you Ezra!

This Best Buy store in Santa Maria definitely stands out more than any other in the Central Coast thank to the highly knowledgeable staff and the amazing store manager Mr. Izzy going that goes beyond his duties to keep his long time and his new customers up to date with all the stores specials and the special clearance items. We highly recommend this Santa Maria Best Buy store.
