I don't review things often but I went to get a new pair of gaming headphones which can be pretty pricey. Upon selecting a pair we were helped at the counter by a gentleman named Alec. Not only was he extremely personable and professional but knowledgeable on not only the headphones but the promotions of the store and the terms of the insurances which he explained expertly as we checked out. Don't run into too many employees like this; will literally shop the store now as a result.

Went in to SLO Best Buy to buy a high end receiver.... To add to my B&O 8000 speakers ....looking to spend about $1,500.00 for a good receiver.....z Was turned away by guy in stereo department.. Said that they had nothing to match up with my speakers? That's crazy !!!! Ended up buying a Sony str an1000 ..... on line... I saved money and bought some more speakers.....and Best Buy sells this , but couldn't recommend anything......... ????? two weeks later went back to Best Buy of SLO for help with downloading music to a water proof headset..... and again to much for the geeks. Wow if it's not very easy ......They dont want to help... what a waste of time and energy.... Amazon was way more helpful....... Forget Best Buy we went there for a washer and dryer too last year.... Too much of a hassle for Best Buy.....so we went to idlers way better choice.....

Excellent customer service help,Pat. We were looking for a dryer (which we found) great sale. So good we purchased a washer)also on sale) to be delivered. No pressure,very informative,friendly and answered all our questions. We brought home the dryer as we needed it asap. We hit the end of the Presidents sale, magnificent!! All the staff friendly. Store s clean. I do miss purchasing CD's there. Thank you Pat!!

I've been waiting ten minutes so far to buy a $12 cable with only one person in front of me in line. So I thought I'd keep myself busy by leaving a one star review about the service at this Best Buy. There's at least 10 employees here, and only two registers open.

I wanted to give a shout out to Best Buy because every time I go in I'm greeted warmly and there's always inventory so I can look at something and talk to a person if I have questions. I went in over the weekend and it was perfect. Thank you Best Buy for being our only option here in SLO. Thank you for always letting me bring Linkin into the store. My one snark: At times the staffing seems anemic. Overall Grade: A+

I will never again purchase any items from BB. There was only ONE kind of headphone for tv in the store; it was a BB product. I ordered a Sony brand at the store. I was assured it would arrive in 2 days. Then I got an email that it would be delayed by 2 weeks. I called and cancelled that order. Now I find that the agent did NOT submit the cancellation. I have to wait for delivery and call in again to get a return label. Really flawed customer service! I recommend purchasing directly online. Forget the store with so low inventory! Do not expect any helpful customer service either!

As a content creator, I've had pretty good experiences here with the equipment. My laptop had a slip up a few months back but nothing that the customer service line couldn't fix over a phone call. And when my $100 light went out, it wasn't easy to replace over the phone but end game it was honored. My camera is amazing to work with too! Wish you guys carried the Shure brand for mikes, I don't like the microphone selection unfortunately but everything else is good. We also bought a heated mug from there, which has held the value of price and used often. Customer service with equipment isn't easy, it's electronics so it's been nice having direction when I ask about the variety of things. Overall, everything has been pretty good. Prices are steep but that's with electronics everywhere. Overall keep up the great work!

Good store. Knowledgeable staff. Clean. A huge selection. I actually miss shopping in stores. And this made that a pleasant experience. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord.
