“Excellent customer service! While cycling in Pismo, I lost two of the three bolts securing a brand new cleat (installed in SoCal). When I called Foothill Cyclery, Jake answered and said they might have a few bolts handy. When I got there, Jake not only located some spare bolts and washers, but expertly installed them, making sure they were accurately placed and even having me do a test ride to make sure I was comfortable with their location and the amount of play. Absolutely recommend this shop for their customer service and a big shout out for Jake, who was friendly, professional and super helpful. Foothill will definitely be my go-to shop when I am in SLO.”
