“Excellent customer service! While cycling in Pismo, I lost two of the three bolts securing a brand new cleat (installed in SoCal). When I called Foothill Cyclery, Jake answered and said they might have a few bolts handy. When I got there, Jake not only located some spare bolts and washers, but expertly installed them, making sure they were accurately placed and even having me do a test ride to make sure I was comfortable with their location and the amount of play. Absolutely recommend this shop for their customer service and a big shout out for Jake, who was friendly, professional and super helpful. Foothill will definitely be my go-to shop when I am in SLO.”
“Had an excellent experience with Wally’s!
Competent repair of a tubeless setup on my gravel bike, that another mechanic had not done properly.
They even knew the particularities of my italian Challenge tire, that’s quite rare in the US.
That and a fair price for the repair with friendliness make Wally’s Bike Works a clear recommendation for me.”
“Dear Team at Cambria Cycles,
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding my recent purchase of the Vaast Bike E/1 XT/SLX 27.5 E-Bike in Nostalgic Sea Blue-Ocean Frost.
I live in Tucson, Arizona, but made the decision to fly out to San Luis Obispo specifically for a test ride. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to try out a bike before purchasing it, and I'm glad I did.
The team at Cambria Cycles, particularly Jeff, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I felt well-informed throughout the entire process. After my visit, I made the purchase and the bike arrived via FedEx without any issues. I had it built and tested, and I'm now ready to ride!
I would highly recommend Cambria Cycles to anyone considering a new bike purchase. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Best regards,”
