I’ve been there previously and had a great cut. Even though the stylist I had previously used left, I went back again expecting to get the same results. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even close. My hair is so uneven it’s embarrassing. And it had to be cut shorter than I wanted it because the cut had already been messed up once. Didn’t see how uneven it was until I got home the next day & was drying it. The color I got was wrong as well but I was able to strip it a little with some head & shoulders. I asked for orange copper and that I didn’t want red. You can see from the photos that I got red. She was nice and worked hard, and fixed my hair when I asked her to. But the uneven cut on both sides is horrific for a subtle A-line.

I had a great experience at this salon! Felicity did an amazing job with my balayage and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable (plus she gave me an amazing scalp massage too). Highly recommend :)

I have had several wonderful haircuts from Kenna and every step of the process is a 10/10! Kenna is so delightful and friendly and does an excellent job from start to finish. The salon and suites are clean and comfortable. Love everything about this place!

I have nothing but good things to say about bluebird salon. I started seeing Mariah in 2021. My hair was fried and broken. She helped me save my hair and now it is long and healthy! Not to mention coming into the salon is always a relaxing experience.
Mariah did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely GORGEOUS.
My mom also comes to Mariah and absolutely loves her. She does her extensions and has transformed her hair.
My dad started seeing Cindy in late 2021 and sees her every other week for a cut. He also loves coming into the salon and Cindy is amazing with him.
My grandma started coming in around 2022 and started seeing Cindy/Mihai. She is 90 years old and they are so accommodating for her. They never rush and always make sure to take their time.
This salon is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional environment.

In March 2024, my husband and I walked into the salon and talked to the receptionist to make an appointment to get my hair done for our son’s wedding in October. I explained that this would be the last time I would be in California before the wedding as we live in Ohio. She told me no problem and made the appointment for October 12th at 10am with Alexa. She even gave me a reminder card and I thought I was all set. Three weeks before the wedding, I called to confirm. Day of wedding at 9:50 am, I walked into the salon, was told I had no appointment… nothing anyone can do…. And oh, I’m sorry but I have a client waiting for me… WHAT????
If I could give you minus stars I would! Unbelievable!!

I met with Bunni for a cut and blonding session and not only was she fair, attentive, and professional, but we had so much fun she made the 5 hour appointment feel like a breeze! Highly recommend for transformational hair cuts/styles!

I love the clean and upbeat vibe of the salon and I absolutely love getting my hair done with Bunni! I followed her to this salon because I have never left disappointed. I often need help decided what to do with my hair and I’ve come to say “in Bunni we trust”. I’ve gotten to do so many fun things with my hair in the last year because of her and I highly highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Krista D. at Bluebird Salon. I was visiting San Louis Obisbo for the day and needed to color my hair. I was a bit apprehensive as I have never gone to a salon that I had not had a referral. Krista was friendly and sweet. She made me feel comfortable having come to a new salon. We had good conversation. My color came out wonderful. I am grateful for the experience. I wish the Salon was closer to Los Angeles as I would make this my new Salon.

My wife got a keratin treatment there by Bunni (y?) who was wonderful. I booked online smoothly and quickly. Super chill vibe and beautiful space for a great price. Will be back again.

It’s always a joy to get my hair done with Britt! She is super sweet and easy going and knows exactly what she's doing. My hair has a tough time with hard water and she helped me find a solution to help combat it. I would definitely recommend her!
