To have a sale sign then say that ended yesterday is absolutely wrong. I was so happy to find a location half way between my home and my grandkids to buy them clothes. Now not spending one cent there. Definitely notifying corporate. When I was a store manager we would never have got away with this. It would have been simply wrong.

I was looking for a dress for a wedding with my two toddlers and they were running wild not letting me look, their employee Lucy didn’t get annoyed, she helped me with my kids and looking for the right outfit. I have never felt so seen by a stranger, thank you so much Lucy!

I have shopped at countless boot barns and found this location to really take the cake, in terms of variety and selection and western decor. I have to mention a huge shoutout to store associate Jessica, who in August 2024 helped me with my account in getting points for several large purchases that had never been recorded to my account because of a technical glitch. I had repeatedly been having this issue with my account over the years, but Jessica was the one who stepped up and solved it for me once and for all! She called me the following weekend to confirm the changes took effect, and for that I am so grateful. Time to give Jessica a raise! This is really a great Boot Barn to shop at for fashion, and they have a great selection for work clothes as well.

I walked in for work boots. As someone almost completely new to quality leather shoes&boots, Jasmine (and her associate who name I forgot, sorry!) walked me through the options. They were great!
I had a brand in mind that they carry. However, after she explained things like how some boot brands have a 30 day "comfort" no risk return policy, if the boots end up just being wrong for your feet, I went with a different option they happened to have in stock in my size. That's exactly the kind of good info new customers need. Thanks!

This was our first time shopping here, and it was great! We were greeted promptly, and every employee we talked with was nice, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. They all seemed to be working hard on whatever task they had, and took pride in what they were doing, but were never too busy to offer assistance. We came for the denim sale, but loved so many items that we will definitely be back! (And we aren't even western wear enthusiasts lol ) My favorite part is how many quality brands they carry, and unique items.

Too bad the prices are ridiculous, selection is not what it could be. Staff too interested in talking amongst themselves. Order online and save time and money while finding exactly what you need. Example...why can I buy a better hat in Mexico for $20? Can't even find one like it here.

Love the clothes, the boots and the store itself… but the last time I went there I had the worst shopping experience! The staff was rude and did not help in any way. I don’t know if they have a time limit in the fitting room but I didn’t even take 10 minutes trying on 4 pieces of clothing when the staff kept knocking and trying to get me to leave. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a clothing store!
