Clean, organized, secure, easy, reasonably priced--I could go on and on about this place. The guy who helped me was super helpful and showed me where to go and how to use my keys and pins. I got a 5x5 and it was basically a mini garage inside a nice indoor hallway.

I had an outstanding experience with Broad Storage! Ryan provided excellent customer service and made reserving a storage unit for the summer a breeze. My work involves having to travel and utilize many different storage facilities and this facility is by far one of the best I have ever seen super clean great layout with easy access very secure and 5 star customer service Ryan was very professional and accommodating it was a pleasure to do business at Broad Street Storage.

Five Star customer service from Ryan who helped us find the perfect unit! Location is lovely and super clean. The lobby is welcoming. With Christmas decor, coffee and water and snacks for clients! Great storage units, clean, and such an easy process to sign up. I highly recommend Ryan to help you, he exceeded our expectations ?

Overall, the location feels very safe. Two gates surround your storage unit and the facility was built recently so it has modern surveillance systems. The staff are also fantastic, and were very nice to my roommates and I. I really recommend them for college students due to their flexible leases that mean you can always rent for only a few months over the summer, rather than being locked in for a year or something like that!

I would recommend Broad Street Storage to anyone looking to store belongings in the San Luis Obispo area. The facility is very easy to access and the people are easy to work with. Everything is clean and well maintained. I have no issues to complain about.

Clean units and very secure. Plenty of space to park while you access your storage. Weather and dust stays out of the unit and it stays cool inside, even during the summer.
