“I've rented cars about 10 times from here and it's been super solid... If I could leave 4.5 stars I would.
Only problems I've ever had is the occasional half full tank when the paperwork says full and a couple of waits for a specific car to be turned around. I took photos of the tank and was never charged out of my deposit for the gas after mentioning it to the clerk before and after renting, though it did make me a lil anxious I would be slapped with fuel charges.
I live in the area so have different needs than someone flying in and out, but Avis has always been able to meet them at a low price.”

“It's too bad this location gets some really bad reviews. I got lucky, not only was my car ready and great but the employee was kind and was quite flexible when I needed to return my rental early. Yes, when I returned the car nobody was there but the airport is literally right across the street so a quick min. drive brought me where I needed to be. It's stressful to have your car break down while on a trip and their flexibility was a life saver after a stressful time. Thanks!”

“I had a reservation time of 11:30, but the car wasn’t ready until nearly an hour later.
Cassandra assisted me with my reservation, stated the only car available was the one I as assigned. She started my reservation despite the car not being ready. Once the car was ready, she gave me the keys but did not tell me what spot it was parked in. I had to find the car myself and got into the wrong car since there was multiple Budget cars of the same make, model, & color available in the lot.
I will say, the car was clean and I had no further issues. But I took a star away due to the inconvenience I experienced trying to get the car.”
