Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The two guys working went above and beyond to help me out of a bind and saved my entire trip to California. Great selection of skateboards and clothing. Next time I’m in SLO, I will absolutely be back.

We would have spent over $1k on surfboard and misc. if the skateboard rep hadn't been rude. Too bad, the surf rep was knowledgeable and helpful.

At Christmas time I had placed an online order and made an error on my end. They responded right away when I reached out. They were very friendly, helpful and saved our six year old's Christmas! I will order from them again and highly recommend them.

Scott, owner, extremely helpful and personable. I called to see about a wetsuit for my son who is a student at Cal Poly. Scott took the time to walk me through all the options, recommend one, and ship it to me in Seattle. He could have sold me a more expensive suit, but sold me a really good basic one to get him started. Glad to support a local SLO business and find a great shop for my son to work with from down there.

Awesome surf shop and great crew! I've been talking to the owner and employees a bunch trying to get a board shipped to San Diego and they've been super quick and helpful the whole time. Shipping was super reasonable and when it came I saw it was packed so professionally. I was nervous at first but wouldn't hesitate to ship another board from them in the future. Double or triple reinforced rails, multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam etc etc etc. nothing but great things to say about them, can't wait to swing by next time I'm in the area

My 9yr old son wanted to purchase his first skateboard. From the time we entered the store we were greeted and helped with the most basic questions he had about skateboards. Some of the best customer service we have received from any retail store we have shopped at. We will definitely drive the few hours back to this store to purchase any skateboards in the future, top notch business.
