I have been to half a dozen Dodge dealerships and this is my favorite one so far. Great service dept, especially Jody. The lot is clean and presentable. The service dept looks top notch and the turn around time for my oil change was faster than they quoted me. Could not be happier so far. Also the Hellcat on the showroom floor is worth checking out just to drool over. Lol

I bought my used Jeep Grand Cherokee here. It was great till it started having catalytic converter issues. While I did have to make a costly repair, the work was done professionally. And when the part failed again, they honored the warranty because it was under the 36000 miles. Even though it had been longer than three years. Which I thought was pretty great. So from now on, I'll bring my mechanical issues here. They may be more expensive, but they stand by their work. i love my Jeep, and I'd do what it takes to keep her on the road. Talk to Tony in Service.

We just purchased a 2023 jeep overland 4xe from Cole Jeep and the whole process was seamless . I highly would suggest coming in and speaking with them before going elsewhere. They were calm ,patient , and kind throughout the whole purchasing process. we are local business owners and professionals and clearly this dealership cares about their clients. Thanks Stuart and Tyler for a job well done!!

The staff here is amazing! They got me in next day for service for my Jeep, everyone I interacted with was very kind. Services were not expensive. 10/10 would recommend!

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having electrical issues (radio cutting out, interior light came on with exterior lights, etc.). Thought it was a good idea to have an actual Jeep mechanic look at it. Dropped it off and didn't hear from Cole Chrysler for 3 days. After we called them, they said it was a wiring harness and they'll have to order the part. AFTER they received the new harness, they pulled off the door panel and saw that the wiring had been "fixed" previously (it was a pre-owned car from an individual). The mechanic said he couldn't fix it because the wires were tampered with. After not having the vehicle for a week (and having to call them to ask why it was taking so long), they sent us home with a $500 wiring harness and a $900 invoice. Will never use them again. HIGHLY disappointed. What am I supposed to do with the $500 wiring harness now??

The idea that it cost $200 to test a battery is Some serious Gouging and the reason I only gave them 2 stars that's for the people that work there the service people are good the corporation or whoever owns this place is not,to hook up a multimeter, something you can do in 5 minutes for free to sell a battery, serious gouging. Quit ruining our country with your greed. Just to give everyone perspective That's $2400 an hour $19200 a day over 5 million a year

I highly recommend this dealership for all your dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram repairs. I broke down on 101 south pulling my 35' fifth wheel trailer. I called Cole and spoke to Tony in their service department, he is outstanding! He said have it towed and put key in night drop box and I'll call you in the morning. At 7:30 am he called me and wrote an estimate for repairs and text it to me. I responded right away and they found that it was the water pump. To my surprise at 5:00 pm Tony called and said I could pick up my truck anytime between 8;00 am and 5:00 pm the next day. What a wonderful experience, when I picked up my truck he showed me the broken part and introduced me to their mechanics (all have been there over 20 yrs) and a beautiful clean shop. If you need service, call Tony , Jim

Service Department NOT impressive. I showed up on time for my appointment and stood in front of the service writer for 10 minutes while she sat on hold for another customer. Charged me over $500 for fuel filter(s) change. Go to Mullahey Dodge if in the area, they are more professional and charge $100 less.

Johnny was our service rep and he helped us and out my mind at ease. We have been having issues with our jeep but it’s been a couple weeks and Johnny nailed it and fixed the problem with his team. Thank you again and we will be back if we are in the area and need assistance with our vehicle again.

Having purchased a 2020 dodge jeep grande Cherokee that was offered for sale at this dealership it was said to have belonged to the dealerships owners wife and therefore was in the best possible condition, with the best of service and care . Within less than a year of owning the vehicle a small hissing sound present at the time of purchase, became more frequent, loud and totally annoying I contacted the dealership for an evaluation. I was told it would cost me to even have the car looked at to determine what the issue was. I also purchased an additional extended warranty at the time of a total cash purchase. Then I was informed it was an air conditioning issue and that the vehicle was " low" on Freon. The cost of replacement freon and labor was outrageous! Having no recourse and needing the vehicles air conditioning to work I was able to reach an agreement with the service manager for a 50/50 split of the cost. Fast forward to 4 months later and the car is doing the same thing again. in contacting the service manager Brian, he explained that I would need to authorize an amount of 2,000.00 to even "look" into the issue and then it may or may not be a part that would even be under the extended warranty I purchased. Bottom line BUYER BEWARE!!! This dealership is shady, deceptive and at the very least unprofessional. My only remedy is to dump this lemon and realize as a consumer you can't trust even a local dealership. 45,000.00 buys you nothing from this dealer. They care not, honor nothing and are epically negligent at best if not intentionally selling cars that they know have issues. Hardest lesson in this day and age. Expect NOTHING from this dealership. All they care about is making a sale and giving zero in customer service. Next stop: better business bureau, social media platforms warning other potential customers to steer clear of this dealership! What a disappointment from what should be a reputable dealer.

While driving on vacation, my jeep sprung a leak. It began heating up and would cool quickly. i kept pulling over and letting it cool until I could get to civilization. I called the nearest Jeep dealer, Cole Chrysler Jeep. I spoke to Jody, one of the service advisors. She told me to bring it in asap and they would look at it. I limped it to the dealership and Jody was quick to ease my fears. My jeep had just gone out of warranty and I figured this was going to cost a pretty penny. She scanned my jeep and told me that there was a recall. This might be covered. It was late on Friday afternoon. She told us that she would try to get it diagnosed, but they are closed on the weekend and it would be Monday morning at the latest. About an hour later, we received a call from her stating that she knew we were on vacation and didnt want us worrying all weekend, so she pushed to get it diagnosed. It was all going to be covered under the recall. They couldnt do the work until Monday morning, but she didn't want us to be stressing all weekend. Thanks to Jody, I was able to relax and enjoy the weekend. Monday morning at about 9:30 am, We received an inspection report on our Jeep and a few minutes later, a call to come pick it up. Each and every person we dealt with there was so kind and thoughtful. Especially Jody! I wish the dealers back in Los Angeles were this thoughtful and professional. Jody, Thank you for saving our vacation. You Rock!

Own a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica, getting a service error. Stop by them, they can’t diagnose until you drop at least for half a day. It can take longer, half a day is just an estimate. No ride and no loaner, no alternatives. I also own a Nissan, they give a ride to work even for oil change. Shame on this dealership and brand. No more dodge/Chrysler.

We ordered a ProMaster last November to do a camper conversion for my daughter and her husband. We anticipated that we could get the van by April or May. I would start the build and my daughter and her husband, who are teachers in another state, would fly here the first of June to spend the month finishing the build with me and then drive it home. So timing was very important. The factory delayed the order so the projected delivery became early July. My daughter did a lot of searching and found a ProMaster in the LA area that was available in midApril. We had put a $500 nonrefundable deposit on the vehicle in November. After explaining the situation, Cole graciously refunded our deposit!Throughout the entire process Cole was very honest, straight forward, and no pressure. I have been buying new cars for 45 years and this was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them.
