Went in today to pick up prescription, turns out the pharmacist was out sick today and the pharmacy part of the store wasn't open for business. Pretty sad state of affairs.

The team at this particular CVS pharmacy (717 Marsh St in SLO) is very special. On several occasions since we moved here 3 years ago, they (Kim, Angelica, Deb) have gone out of their way to ensure that my son with extraordinary needs ALWAYS gets his medications. His life depends on these medications so it's important to understand how much this means. There are times when there are hiccups with authorizations at the physician office or the insurance company but the staff at this location ALWAYS goes out of their way to make sure we get what we need. That is not required of them. The target cvs left us out in the cold without a care as well as the cvs on broad street. I've watched the staff here interact with the customers and they are always joyous and kind. I'm todays world, we need more of that.

About to visit Bubble Gum Alley and stopped here to get some gum! No one greeted us. No one working the registers. Self check out, we in and out. A few unhoused people outside asking for money.

I have excellent service from this pharmacy. Kim is always helpfu. She leads me to other pharmacy products, and helps me understand why they might help me. After a terrible fall, she showed me Arnica gel and told me many customers told her it helps prevents bruises when used as directed. My most significant bruises went away in 5 days! l The pharmacist is aware of my other maladies and makes sure I don't take a new medication that will affect others I am taking. Of course this should be standard procedure but at other pharmacies I may need to go to, I am not asked about other meds. They also provide fast service when they aren't overwhelmed with many customers or impatient people. CVS downtown is very professional and helpful.

The store is cool... but these days it all comes down to customer service. Now I get it. Corporate's trying to reduce cost with less customer service less employees to increase profit margins but by having an employee by like Christy really benefits this companies busimess business model exponentially she goes above and beyond to help her customers.

Kim in the pharmacy is a rude person. she is only nice to the people she chooses to be. if she's in one of her moods then she's rude to everyone. I have heard this from multiple people too

I don't know what is happening with CVS, but I'm really disappointed in the cleanliness and employee help. The shelves are empty, the staff is not helpful and the pharmacy is always chaotic. The CVS stores need help!

Hey CVS if your running national ads for anytime vaccines you might want to honor that? Literally a commercial playing on the overhead speaker saying walk in anytime no appointment needed... I ask the pharmacist if I could get my first dose and she scoffs at me asking if I had an appointment! I responded "no I heard you don't need one" . With a attitude asks me where I heard that? Um... Literally on the overhead speaker!!! Soo ridiculous
