I've used Erickson's 3 or 4 times, most recently for a major project to stop oil seepage on the underside of my 32-year-old Toyota MR2. Colter was great to work with as he undertook the necessary repairs and, also, new spark plugs, put in a new timing chain and (I believe) a water pump in the process. Great job overall! I highly recommend Erickson's.PS: I notice a negative review regarding truck rentals. Not positive but I believe that's a different enterprise on the same multi-vendor premises.

Great work, my company takes the whole fleet here. He keeps my 2006 vehicles running strong, I hate having a car payment, would rather pay Ericksons to keep mine healthy. Always does me right.

This is an excellent shop with excellent communication with the customer. I broke down in SLO and Colter hooked me up and fixed my 7.3 liter turbo diesel. He even let me know about some other non emergency things and lent me some tools to button them up myself before I hit the road.

I absolutely love the people at Erickson Automotive. They are local, take good care of their customers and don’t add a bunch of bogus car fees. They’re honest about your cars issues and always work their hardest to make sure that your car is back on the road safe and sound.

Had a reservation and had a confirmation email and text. When we got there they said they had no trucks and she couldn't do anything because "corporate" handles everything. Rent your trucks somewhere else.

I’ve been taking my 2001 Tacoma here for years and it has always been a good experience. You don’t take your car into a mechanic because everything is running great and your bank account usually isn’t the happiest about it but they’ve always given me a fair price and their work has been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend.

My brother and his family were fire refugees from Oregon. Along with the stress of leaving their home, the engine light on their 2007 Subaru came on during the long drive here. We first called the local Subaru dealer, but the earliest appointment they could give us was a week away. Then I called Ericsson’s, where I had never gone. They said bring it in and they would get to it, despite having a full schedule. They checked everything out, did two test drives and concluded the problem was the sensor, which was very reassuring. And they only charged for half an hour. I am very appreciative.

My car was experiencing a very heavy vibration, to the point where it was almost not drivable. I brought my car into Erickson auto, within 45 minutes they diagnosed my problem, which was a broken U joint. They called me quickly and explain what the issue was, gave me a quote, and within two hours my car was running perfectly. When I picked up my car, I was shown the parts that were replaced, and was given an explanation on why they needed to be replaced. A+ service. Thanks boys!

Just picked up my truck after some steering repairs. This is the second time I've used these fellows and I need to say they have impressed me both times. I feel like they are honest/hardworking capable young men. I'm very happy to have them available to take care of my new toy. Keep up the good work guys!!!
