EVgo Charging Station is a fast charger located in a shopping center or strip mall, a spot that is clean, quiet, and removed from busy areas. The process is super easy and intuitive, with no account necessary to use. However, multiple charging units are often broken, taped up, or totally useless, so planning is essential. When a unit works, it reliably charges a battery from a low percentage to 80% in about an hour. There are no other fast chargers in town, making it a critical but sometimes unreliable stop.
The credit card readers do not work, you have to call customer service to turn the damn things on. And they are SLOW chargers.

Four stars be use the one out of four charging units that worked charged us up to 80% from 20% in an hour. Three units at this station totally useless so plan accordingly. No other fast chargers in town. The one in Pismo is all taped up.

Easy to find and easy to use. 1 charger does not work, the other works well. Was not at all crowded on a Sunday morning.
