We are most fortunate to have this new presence in our community but new things take time to iron out little difficulties. As UCLA expands here, care will be more available to those of us who are patient and supportive. Both my husband and I are very pleased with Dr Gallardo - she is kind and compassionate, listens well and asks intelligent questions. Most recently when she was out of the office, the staff set me up with another provider who, through a video conference, was able to assess my situation and provide remediation. I certainly did not have that kind of service before!”

Do be warned though... he will crack jokes even when they may not be funny. anyways, J Lepp is the man, the myth, the legend, establish with him!”
