“This branch needed a revamp. I’m glad they have Marlah now running this center. She’s wonderful, knowledgeable and always eager to help. The last branch manager who’s been there for year Lisa: overconfident and rude made the branch atmosphere stale. She was not very nice to her staff or customers. I think this bank is headed towards the right direction now.”
