The workers at the garden center are so rude and lazy, can't help find a item located in the store. Home depot needs to change workers the slo home depot has gone down hill the workers act like their slow in the head it's ridiculous and irritating. They all look miserable and unhappy with their life's. Suck it up don't put that energy on the customers.

Do not by any means ever use their home improvement services--countertops, paint, floors!! If you have any issues, they will not react well. We installed quartz countertops that cracked after a few months--their expert said it was the quartz and not our use. And Home Depot did nothing! Go there for your big control and pvc--but don't you dare ever use their other services! They will cheat you like they cheated us!!!

Great service. Rob was incredibly helpful! I needed a 4x4 wood board for class and totally did not measure the space available in our car: he walked us out and helped us solve our problem to make sure we could get it home without having to cut it. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful.

My boyfriend was just profiled by the man at the garden center ... he wanted to see our receipt because we "seemed sketchy". So rude. We obviously had done nothing wrong

I wish I could give negative 5 starts. This company & staff do not care about customers. I purchased a dishwasher in May. It never worked. I called right a way & "Yuri from Mexico" customer service asked me to report it broken in shipping. I said no because the box was not damaged. I called GE & they won't help. I've called Jasmine & she's set up 4 appointments with appliance repair. They keep saying they don't have the right parts, they can't fix it. I've called two plumbers & they it's broken. I've spoken appliance manager & they refuse to help. They all take my number say they will call & nothing. Please don't waste your money. I don't know how they stay in business. I haven't used the dishwasher once & these are all the broken parts after 2 plumbers 4 appliance repair appointments & a week of vacation days to resolve this

I ordered a full kitchen ($11K) replacement windows ($11K) appliances ($2500) new front door ($1500) and numerous other things- like flooring, lights etc. Let's just say- a ton of $.They delivered my appliances but would not take my old stove because the appliances I ordered were not considered 'major' appliances. I ordered a dishwasher, new range & microwave. Apparently those aren't really appliances.Ridiculous logic. Home Depot- you suck.

Alex in customer service was extremely and very confidently rude. Apparently she didn't like my tone that I wanted to complain after having to wait and then be told that I need to come in and get my order. Oh I'm sorry I didn't realize that as the customer I work for you.!!! I tried to explain why I was so upset, but she continued to turn and walk away... telling me that I can talk to her manager instead. Josh came out. He informed me that he didn't think it was a good idea that I speak with Alex. I told him that the only other option is for me to yelp how rude she was. Can you wonder why customers might have a tone!

This is the perfect place to maybe buy a shovel and some bricks and some dirt then set up your backyard to make it look like a big one and maybe we can buy some chain there too! Then they have the wood which is like wood and there was maybe 43threehundredforty5 and that was a lot of sawdust! In conclusion, I think so.

Probably as good as anywhere else if you just need something simple and don't need help to find it. However if you want to order anything or talk to someone on the phone, it's not going to happen - at least not anytime soon. I've been calling for four days to order a stock door and have it delivered. No answer most of the time, nobody can help me when there is an answer. This place is a home improvement store in name only. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I was in need of help loading my basket for moving supplies when along comes Pierre offering his services and brilliant idea to use a flat bed to carry all the tubs I needed. I warned him of the limited space I had for my economy car (Altima). He assured me there would be plenty of room and he would consolidate them all in together. Talk about genius!!! Give this man a raise!!!! Thank you Pierre for your sweet generous time and service today. Because of you, I will be back and be a loyal customer.

You will be harassed by predatory Sunrun salespeople as you shop here at Home Depot. They have terrible attitudes and mutter under their breath as they move onto their next mark. Then when you call the store and complain about Sunrun, they do not care. Wow, congratulations on pissing off your own customers!

I had extremely poor service in the nursery department. The staff were disrespectful to customers including myself. When I asked if an employee, who was just standing there, could help me push my cart to my car 30 feet away a staff member yelled at me that "it was not her job to do that!" The same staff member also was very upset that I had my cart organized in a way that required her to get an extra cart to unload it. I even helped her scan everything and find the bar codes In order to help her calm down. Terrible anxiety? Or just poor customer service?

I bought a Bosch dishwasher no problem with the sale but the install turned out to be a nightmare they (home depot) were in some kind of transition. Ended up having to pay for myself and I only got a v partial reimbursement. Also trying to get rid of the old dishwasher has been a challenge. Again I paid for it and it's still here three weeks later hopefully It will be gone tomorrow but I'm basically having to stay home all day until they show up they won't give me a time just sometime tomorrow. I know for sure I will never buy a major appliance from Home Depot again

My wife and I had a very good experience at this location. We needed to purchase two toilets for a second home in Cambria. We found the two items but realized they were too bulky and heavy for us to lift. We asked an associate about delivery and she instructed us to place our order online and we could get them delivered. We had a little difficulty with that procedure in trying to secure a good delivery date since we were in town for a short time. My wife told an associate, Jasmine, our dilemma and she quickly resolved it. She placed our order and set up a convenient delivery date. While we were at the register, I noticed a n offer of cash off if we signed up for a Home Depot credit card. We asked Jasmine and within ten minutes she processed our application online and we saved $$ on our purchase. Jasmine was excellent and provided us with great customer service.

They are horrible. Nobody knows anything, nobody knows where anything is, and it's a nightmare. The only reason I've ever gone is because there's more product there. But I just walked out right now so mad and literally told other customers how much I hate it.
