We literally waited 3 hours to get in... They would get 5 stars if they could manage their space and customer flow. They have 2 kids estimating the wait time, and they are not very good at that.

Great Italian food. Pasta is always perfectly cooked. The beet salad is delicious.
Giuseppe's Cucina Rustica multi-tasks with success: you can count on this downtown establishment for festive happy hours, an express weekday lunch or an authentic Italian dinner. Seasonal specials might include local roasted king salmon or peach gelato, but tried-and-true favorites span from osso buco, wood-fired pizza with house-made sausage, to pappardelle alla ragù (which is aptly described as "gulp down" pasta). For dessert, go for some of the gelati, or tuck your fork into a cannelloni or cheesecake.
