I needed a helmet for pond hockey and Anthony O (supervisor) was able to answer my questions quickly. He was polite, considerate, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I highly recommend Inline Warehouse to any hockey player.

No actual store. Went to the address to buy what we saw on the website in person and there is a sign out front of the warehouse but no store. There were people that seemed associated with “Inline warehouse” but no one to actually help us and no one that seemed to want to sell their product. Only online orders apparently. A rep at running warehouse said he could take down what I was looking for and someone would get back to me to let me know if they had it In stock there or if it would need to be ordered and shipped from a Georgia warehouse. They seem to be associated with the in-line warehouse or its employees somehow but of course, I’ve heard nothing back. They clearly don’t want to sell me their product. Very frustrating.

I recently purchased the farmer pro 2’s. Here’s my thoughts on three things that stood out to me.
First, the company in-line warehouse has excellent customer service, as I contacted their location in GA, to ask some questions about shipping and pick up. The gentleman I spoke to was informative, willing to take the extra step and made sure I had all the information I needed.
Second, delivery was fast and the company even offers 2 day air service for $15, so you can get your gear fast. You can’t beat that!
Finally the product! The Farmer pro 2’s. Product came Neatly stored completely assembled and equipped w/skate tool for wheels.
These 3 reasons above are the basis for my 5 Star review.

**UPDATE: Anthony (warehouse supervisor) gave me a call after I received a confusing email and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the skates seem to appear lost in the system. I was offered replacement skates free of charge, but opted for a refund, as I mentioned I was buying these because of quicker shipment. I let Anthony know it wasn't an ideal first time shopping with the company & Anthony made it right by not only refunding my money, but also offered me store credit for the inconvenience and confusion. Safe to say I will be strongly considering using that credit in the near future due to his excellent customer service skills. A lot of companies have lost the art, but this one's spot on!
Very frustrated as a first time buyer. I originally purchased skates elsewhere but their shipping was a month out. I wanted to skates sooner so I decided to check with IW because they had a warehouse nearby I can possibly pick up from. I spoke with a Rep who told me the skates I wanted to purchase would be about 2-3 day shipping since they were in a CA warehouse. I figured since it was only a few days, I opted to have them delivered. I got an email stating my skates shipped, however, the delivery company has stated they don't have my order in their system and at this point they consider it a loss. Confusion may be due to a lot of moving parts and although IW customer service response was quick, I have to wait over the weekend time find out if these skates were lost/stolen in transit. I will likely return the skates if they ever arrive due to terrible experience and being misled regarding shipping times.

Shipping isn't done over the weekend. 2nd day air doesn't help either. Delivery schedule was during work hours. Signature required. No options to hold at ups, pre sign, or have them contact ups for any assistance. They prefer to do a return than offer help to a customer. Went with their competition and waiting for the 600$ refund. Waste of my time and happiness. Shop elsewhere.

Inline Warehouse is internal, the only storefront is Runners Warehouse. They (Tennis, Hockey, Inline, Skate, etc Warehouses) all carry the same address. But they have zero communication within the same warehouse. Inline has terrible phone service. Runners has terrible storefront service.
Mail order might be OK. But don't depend on in-person pickup. You'll wait and they act like they're separate institutions.
Apparently it's quite a chore to have someone from warehouse pull an order to the desk in less than half a day.

My purchase was seamless and received my order in excellent time. Love the quality of the product! The only hiccup was that I had Fed Ex fees I didn't know about at the time of purchase, and had to pay pre delivery. Otherwise product came exactly as described and quick. Very pleased!

Inline Warehouse is the best!! I have bought at least 6 skates from aggressive skates to off road to urban and just ordered a pair of speed skates on line from Inline Warehouse. I have always been satisfied ..When there was a defect in the Powerslide SUV inner tube(no fault off there own) I let them know there was slow leak upon 1st use..they shipped me out a replacement wheel+tube immediately, no charge. Skating has become a true passion of mine.This company has been an absolute pleasure to buy from.. I have never been happier buying anything from any other business .Always a good deal..never a problem. I appreciate everyone there for that!

Do not recommended shipping here. I ordered some padded shorts for skating online and when they arrived one of the main pads was missing. I reached out to customer support where they referred me to emailing the warranty dependent. They took their time responding to me and said there couldn't replace the shorts as there policy states because they ran out of that size. I asked if they could send the larger size since the pads are the same dimensions. They said they could send the large if I send back the ones I got, which I wasn't going to have to send back in the first place according to their policy. Problem is I need the size I have but with all the pads so I cannot send my back. So still waiting for a response and a solution other than returning the product for a refund. But yeah bad customer service. Bad quality control. Would try to find another vendor if at all possibly than taking a rush with them and having the hassle of waiting even longer for issues to be resolved. Ppl just want to buy gear and be able to use it.

IW is awesome!!! I've been doing business with Stan and Stu for years, even before it became IW. Always great customer service! The only place I trust to get all of my rollerhockey gear.
