Walking into ITECH Solutions felt like sensory overload, boxes of spare parts were stacked high and pretty much everywhere. However, you'll find that David is very knowledgeable and fair with his assessments.

Chris understood the urgency of the situation met and met me right away to get the laptop from me and get working on it. He figured out a way to power it up enough to save all the critical files I needed, even though it meant him manually holding the laptop in a weird position for like 30 minutes in order to get the broken wires to connect enough to power it up. He was extremely responsive, super friendly, helpful, super smart, able to diagnose it quickly and get the part ordered ASAP, and got my laptop back to me when he said he would. He was a pleasure to work with the whole time, very professional, and wearing a mask each time as well, which we all very much appreciated. On top of that, when I first called, I spoke with Tom initially, who also was very helpful, great with follow up, and willing to meet me to work on it at night if I had wanted that, because he also was very responsive to the urgency of the situation. A+++ all around, thank you both so much!

I have been with Itech basically since they started. We've gone through good times and bad times in regards to IT issues with our business. Brian and staff have always solved my problems and elevated ticket appropriately when needed and resolved any billing issues, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about Itech.

I have been a loyal customer to iTech since 2015, but in light of recent events I feel the need to share my experience with anyone considering their managed IT services for small businesses. When I first signed my company up with iTech, Garrett was the primary person my employees dealt with for any computer issues. He was FANTASTIC - from solving our computer issues, providing IT related advice and customer service. Within a year, however, Garrett's role changed and we had to deal with "Tier 1" reps to start out on all problems (enter Tom and James). This is when we started having major problems. Our new computer "experts" would Google search solutions to minor computer issues right in front of my eyes while they would remote in. Their solutions often caused more problems than they solved - and they refused to escalate things they had no idea how to resolve to someone in their company more educated. It became a waste of countless hours of my employees being down - to the point where I now have an additional 2 "backup computers" for them to work on due to the constant down time. I try to update my office computers about every 3 years as they start to run slower and newer technology becomes available. When I would buy a new computer, I would have iTech help in moving data and software over from the old computer. A couple years into my service with them, they said this would now be a $375 fee (nowhere in my contract is this stated). They would waive this fee if I purchased my new computer from them. Sounded like a great idea - until they delivered me what looked like a dusty computer from their basement. When I realized I couldn't even plug in my monitors because it did not have an HDMI port, I told them to take it back. They said this was their "mistake" and delivered a new computer a week later. When I asked for a receipt, I recently found out they purchased it on Amazon and not through the manufacturer. As I started having major issues right away (CD drive would not work and needed to be replaced within a few months of delivery, computer would freeze and need to be restarted constantly), it became frustrating to say the least and a huge waste of time for my employee. Due to this, I told them I could no longer trust them with purchases of new computers for my office. This month, I purchased one of my employees a new computer and asked iTech to move data/software over and agreed to pay their $375 fee. I get a response that it is $500 now, not $375 and always has been. I send them an email where they previously told me $375. This apparently pissed them off because they then said it was a mistake that I was previously billed $375 and they have forgotten to charge me for a few things over the last few years. Yesterday, I received an invoice for an additional $1,200+ that is for services they say took place in 2016! I immediately cancelled my services, as this seemed hostile and I was scared of further retaliatory behavior on their part. For years I have paid $50/computer/month with iTech. I have paid every bill within days of receiving it from them. While I would love to stay with a local company, it no longer is an option. The good news, I found out Best Buy's Geek Squad now offers the same type of remote services for small business at half the price. I recently signed up and their customer service and remote assistance have been a huge breath of fresh air. Also, their price to move software and data from an old computer to new one is $0 (included with the $24.99/mo)! I will update my post if that changes or if iTech resolves any of the most recent issues with an ounce of professionalism.

Over the past [approximately] four years, I have had continued loyal patronage with ITECH Solutions. Unfortunately, I recently had to discontinue their server protection services due to a price increase. When I called to end our service contract I was not informed of any money due, nor had any invoice gone unpaid to the best of my knowledge.
One week ago ITECH Solutions placed a block on my personally owned server to prevent my access to it. They refused to release it to me if I did not pay them for an invoice I was unaware existed. Again, this amount due had not shown up on any invoice I ever saw, nor was I contacted about it prior to this incident. They were rude, condescending, and had no grounds to hold my personal and business information hostage.
ITECH Solutions was not helpful or informative during this process and criminalized me by treating me as though I would not pay. There was no cause for this, as I had been regularly paying invoices for the entirety of our working relationship.
In ITECH Solutions holding my server hostage, I lost money that cannot be recouped. I did not curse or scream, however I was audibly upset and they attempted to decline my payment (while still maintaining control of my personal property) because they didn’t like my tone.
Appalled at their conduct, I made contact with the owner who, rather than addressing the concerns at hand, brought up (and apologized for) an irrelevant issue that had no effect on me.
I will no longer entertain the idea of doing business with ITECH Solutions at any point in time. It is clear they need some significant restructuring of their customer service model, which I am not confident can be entrusted to the current staff and ownership.

We have used ITech as our network and IT gurus for more than a decade. They are consummate professionals. In my forty year career in managing a 10 person office, ITech was by far the best we ever used. They keep you out of trouble, and when problems do occur they fix them promptly. And best if all, they don't blame us, even when it's our fault!
