“This is by far the best UPS store around. All of the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly, which is so rare in retail these days in. I go in often and it doesn't matter who is working. Excellent customer service every time from Marcus, Eden and the entire team. You guys are appreciated.”

“I was dreading having to deal with several return shipments, but my experience at this UPS Store completely changed my day. Roane was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Roane truly went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face and a much brighter outlook. Thank you!”

“Shout out to Mayra for holding the store down by herself on a Saturday morning! She was a huge help in figuring out the best way to print my sewing pattern without breaking the bank.”
