“We are new to the area and I didn't know that to find a personal care physician would be so difficult. My wife is on Medicare and it has become obvious that she needs a wheelchair. She is petite. Rather than wait until the end of February when her appoinment is, I decided to rent a wheel chair for her. I called Wallace Home Medical Supplies and spoke to Natalie. She told me that they did rent wheelchairs so I drove over to see what they had. She greeted me at the door and asked me a lot of good questions that I didn't think about. She ended up with two recommendations and then she went and retireved them. I immediately went with the smaller one. Renting it monthly was of great value as my wife can't get the referall for the chair for another six weeks! Very courteous, polite, knowledgable and professional.”
