This is a great restaurant. Friendly staff, great food selection and a very nice cocktail list. Make sure to check the desserts and the chocolates.

Mistura is Amazing, very highly recommended. I have been a frequent customer at Mistura over the last few years and it never disappoints me. Everything on their menu is delicious! Ambiance is great, very friendly staff and specially the chef and owner Nicola Allegretta is always very kind and makes us feel welcome every time.Mistura is a modern Peruvian restaurant that offers traditional elements of Peruvian Cuisine by using Peruvian ingredients and also locally sourced, natural and organic ingredients. My favorite dishes are Arroz con Marisco, Escabeche and Muy Machito (Fresh White Seabass Fillet cooked with spicy Aji Amarillo, Clams, Mussels, Shrimps, Calamari and White Wine served with Peruvian White Rice) love it! ? and Rompe Muelle one of their cebiche. Everything is so DELICIOUS.

It took almost 10 minutes for the server to approach our table. He brought our water, and it took 30 minutes for us to get anything else. He brought us our first dish, but still hadn't brought our drinks . There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so I'm not sure what was going on. Otherwise, the food and ambience was fantastic!

Mia was our server and she was fantastic. The food was surprisingly enjoyable. We aren't familiar with Peruvian food and the experience at Mistura made us want to come back and possibly travel to Peru! So thank you

Always great food and usually wonderful service. But this time, it was apparent that servers have been trained to clear and turn the table quickly. We had 3 shared appetizers and one shared main and drinks and dessert. Every course was delicious but if we dared take time to converse or enjoy each bite, someone would swoop in and try to take our plates. We had 4 different people try to take the main course that we had between us and were enjoying. In fact, one person laughed when we said we weren't ready to give up our plate. "one little tomato", she laughed. I mean, we were so happy to relax and catch up and it was difficult to finish a thought. When I checked my watch, only one hour had passed. Please don't make guests feel like they are lingering too long - let them savor your beautiful food!

This is known as a Peruvian restaurant so we were anxious to try it. Everything about this restaurant exceeded any expectations! Being locals in the county, we were eager to try a restaurant we had never been to before. The waitress was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was over the top... wonderful presentation, flavor beyond words and delicious in every way! We were five people, talking and laughing ... great acoustics. In our little corner of the expansive restaurant. We could converse comfortably. The desserts were something I've never experienced in this area before. Unique, delightfully artistic and delicious as well. I think that this fine dining restaurant would appeal to most anyone!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. Our server, Rory, was very attentive and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu to us. Our dishes were so flavorful and prepared with high quality ingredients. Mistura just became my favorite restaurant in SLO!

Amazing food, very unique options. Everything we tried was delicious. Service was good. Prices were not cheap, but we're also on par for similar items in similar restaurants. Will eat here again for sure!

This was my first time to eat at Mistura, so I wanted to try some of the more traditional Peruvian food, which started with a Pisco Sour. That was a lot of fun (IYKYK). There is so much to choose from the menu, and the dishes are fairly substantial, so upon the recommendation of the waiter, I got one appetizer and one entree. That was more than enough food! I came to the conclusion that typical Peruvian food is a little heavy for my liking, though it tasted very good. The octopus was excellent...very tender and wonderful flavor with the tasty and different way to combine couscous and potato. The waiter was excellent, very attentive, but not overly so. He helped advise on the food and drinks. Since it was my birthday, he frequently wished me a happy birthday and brought a special birthday treat at the end. It was a very special meal, and I will definitely go back.
