Robert was a no show and kept calling my friend with excuses for 3 hours. He charged her a total of 500 and requested all payment before the move. We called him and was hung up on. He sounded very groggy and not with it. This was at noon. All of this happened 11/28/2020 my friend is 67 year old woman and had to be out of her apartment by 12/1/2020. He was a no show at noon and kept giving her reasons why he was not there. After several text she ask for her money back and he said it was non refundable even though he was not on site to move her.

Robert is a con man. The police are now investigating into him as a con artist. He took my deposit for my move. I reminded him 3 times of the time he said he would be there for my move. As a courtesy, I postponed the move time from 2pm to 3:30 to 4pm and he never showed. And he didn't even offer to refund my deposit. I had to make a case against him and file a police report. He made another business name to hide his low reviews. Dump run pro is his other business name.

Tried to set up a time to use them as the day went in I didn’t hear from them. Called many times eventually asked for my money back. They called back cursing calling me names never would recommend them to anyone !!!! Robyrt Clehr is the owner and the one who I spoke to and cursed at me!

This guy is a total fraud. We will be going to court. He sounded disheveled and hung over initially stated that he overslept and apologized then he proceeded never to show up at all. After several conversations he just continued to hang up on us. This actually qualifies as a criminal act but it Hass to be handled in a civil court which it will be. If you use this guy be prepared to be disappointed absolutely unbelievable

The best service I have ever encountered. They are sincere and you can tell their care is genuine and from the heart. They are of service to our community and they donate time and money to people in need. Grateful isn't a big enough word to explain how much I appreciate what these guys do and the manager is a humble good guy. Its no wonder they have been around for over 10 years. Thank you Pro Moving your the best!!!!!!!

When I called the manager he was very respectful and professional. Gave me a fair price and ended up working around my budget after job was done. Honesty, Integrity and dedication . I recommend them 100 percent. Thank you for making my move a smooth transition. I could not be happier with Pro Moving's service. I will be hiring you guys in the future.

DO NOT use this company! The owner is unprofessional, will promise services but will go back on his word. He does not help his workers and will sit in his truck until the job is done. We had an agreement that he would be paid the remaining amount due after services rendered then he demanded payment in cash before he would unload my truck. I told him that he gave me his word and his reply was F*** my word. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!

SCAM!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They are NOT professional at all. We had to load and unload our stuff. He wanted payment before the job was done and won't give us our stuff until he got paid.

Pro Moving did an excellent job moving my family's belonging when we moved last summer! Rob, the owner, took time to understand the job and made sure he's competent staff was aware of our needs. We moved items into storage and other items into a new home. They asked lots of questions and double checked to make sure everything was moved safely and to the right place! Pro Moving was affordable and paid attention to details which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a local moving company. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

The movin crew was fanrastic and professional. They packed and move my home furniture and belongings with care. I recommend pro movers! You will not be disappointed. The were on time and packed and loaded my belongings in a timel matter. They put unpacked with care placing each item as directed. Great guys!! Thank you for a stress free day!!! Matt
